Great service from Worldstores. The yellow chair is of a high quality and the colour is gorgeous.

Great experience, prompt delivery and helpful guys who moved items to the right place as it was heavy.

We have recently purchased a sofa bed from Worldstores, we would highly recommend this company the service was excellent, and the sofa bed was better than anticipated, good quality fabric, and a comfortable extra bed , it also looks good as a 3 seater sofa, would definately use this company again.

Can’t get an answer by e mail for a delivery update. Tried 5 times to find out delivery of an order placed on Aug 1 and quoted 1-2 week delivery. Not good customer service.

I've used this site twice in the last month. Both times the items have been exactly as described, good quality and prompt delivery

On ordering the second time due to things going wrong with my first order and not being kept informed of any problems.I was very impressed with the delivery and the way you delt with my order second time round.it's exactly what we wanted and looks great .you do deserve my 5 star rating.thanks

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago delivery time 3 to 5 days I have phoned company many times no answer, I have sent numerous emails again no reply yet they have taken my money stay well clear of this company as they do not have respect or any customer services whatsoever

Finding, paying for and passage of information, before delivery was great, I ordered two products, bed frame and mattress, I received a call about mattress delivery on the day, great. However no details or confirmation about the bed frame until the delivery man was at my door, would have been no problem apart from me being at work, apart from that issue everything else was fine, would be great if it was treated as a whole order and not two.

Very friendly team and very productive. Only give 4 Stars because they knocked our heating thermostat off the wall, luckily it is radio controlled hence no wiring damage, no harm done. Thank you.

Every one l spoke to was very helpful and the delivery driver's John Lee and Paul Sandler were very helpful and polite

Bought this unit and it arrived within 24 hours and the delivery men were pleasant and helpful. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The Sofa is OK for its price. But the back is difficult to assemble - it is not at all easy to find the holes for the screws.

Perfect rugs just as described and very fast delivery. As lot of other companies are offering a free delivery service I would have given 5* if delivery was free.

I ended up having to cancel my order as it didn't arrive on the promised day and 3 days later they still couldn't tell me when it would arrive

Great product and delivery. Called on the morning of delivery, with a time, as promised. Delivery men helpful and brought package upstairs.
Slight difficulty with assembly; we weren't aware that we needed a drill for the screws.
Easy to operate and comfy. Would buy again from Worldstores.
