6 weeks and still no mowing
I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for some parts for a Stiga Mower. This, although is a pain, would be completely forgiven if there was more communication. They're out of stock, and are relying on Stiga for production which is not their fault. It is their fault that they're promising a weeks delivery on parts, and then not bothering to get into contact with customers to keep them updated on why those parts aren't arriving. I'm still waiting, 50% of the time when I call I'm still getting their voicemail, and haven't once had any useful conversation initiated by WOM.
I want to stress I am not moaning about WOM not being able to get the stock, it's out of their control. I am just disappointed from a service point of view.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR FROM ME!
I am extremely unhappy with this company! I ordered a part for my lawnmower on the 9th April, 2022 Order Ref:LAW13A641E5 which was a fuel line hose for which I paid £13.78. I am still waiting for it! I have emailed numerous times I received one email telling me it would be delayed. I have since tried to telephone only to get a recorded message stating all their operators are busy. I have repeatedly asked for my money to be returned, with no response or even a sorry. How can I give this company any stars at all really. It is a scam if I cannot get my money back after three months!

Very sorry that you have had this bad experience with us but certain items are out of stock and sometimes they take weeks to come back into stock and the item you have ordered is still on back order with the manufacturers so we have cancelled your order for £13.78 and it will be refund this week very sorry
First class as usual.
I have used World of Mowers on several occasions and their service has always been first class. This order was no different.

Very sorry that your order did take a long time to complete but the clutch drive lever that you ordered was out of stock and on back order with the manufacturers and certain items on back order have been taking ages to come back into stock very sorry but please rest assured we are doing the best we can under the present conditions around the world hope you will give us another chance in the future

Loss of Mountfield Mower
After several years of use, I managed to lose the plastic key to my Mountfield48 Freedom mower. I looked at numerous websites without much luck until I found the World of Mowers. They had stock and gave me the part serial number which I then used to place the order on-line (Thursday). The item arrived on Saturday. Great service and knowledge.
