Waited over 6 weeks for part to arrive when I did there was only one I thought I was ordering two.

Fast delivery
Ordered new clutch handle for my Mountfield mower after I snapped mine hitting a tree. The price with delivery was good and the part was delivered quickly. It was exactly what I ordered and I’m now back to mowing with ease

It took over 2 months for the part to be delivered. The only communication of this and any updates came from me chasing them repeatedly

Sorry about the big wait but we don't display stock quantities on our web site and at the end of the day if it is out of stock with the manufacturers there is not much we can do other than wait they give us a date then move the date and move the date again and again and in the current climate things are only going to get worse and customers will have to be more patient but we are very sorry for the lack of communication about the situation but that is something we are trying to improve on
Could have mined the ore and made the part myself faster
Waited over 9 weeks for my order, was never updated on the progress unless I called. Kept being told it would be another week etc. Customer service and communication is awful. Not as much as an emailed apology after complaining about the above. Advertise items as available on their website knowing they’re out of stock! Constantly blame suppliers for their poor customer service (lack of).

Web site up to date, excellent service
Phoned to check stock and their web site was up-to date. Ordered trimmer which was delivered as promised. First Class Service will deffinately check them out on next equipment purchase. This was the first time using this company and would recommend it. Thanks good job.👍

Hi Sorry that you had to wait quite a long time for your order but one part was on back order with the manufacturers and the fact you mentioned trading standards had nothing to do with you receiving your order it was just because the part that had been on back order had come into stock We don't do anything underhand so we have nothing to worry about with trading standards

The information flow following placing order was a bit slow. Having said this the follow up and information provided during the delivery was excellent. At the same time the lawnmower purchased was excellent quality. The result, I will be using World of Mowers again!

I needed a replacement throttle cable, but what one.…
I needed a replacement throttle cable for my Mountfield mower, but found a large variety on the net. The only problem was what one did I need. That problem was solved when I came across World Of Mowers site their accessible parts scheduling and diagrams were second to none. Part was ordered, delivered and fitted in 2 days job done, highly recommended on this showing.
