horrible experience.
purchased a mower online in april. was told it will be delivered by May but its 29th september and yet not delivered. I had to actively chase my purchase and there was no update received from them.
I will never buy any item from them no matter how cheap they sell

Has to be the worst customer service ever. Kept pointing me to exploded plans that had been photocopied thousands of time so blurred difficult to read. explained the parts i needed they told me the part numbers ordered them. 1st delivery parts missing. 2nd attempt wrong bolt sent. 3rd timer correct part but with no threads in the end to bolt blade on. Had to take part to a machine shop to get threads in it. Staff really do care at all.

Do not mention whether an item is in stock or not. Just take your money including delivery and then complete silence. Waiting 3 weeks now, phoned numerous times with no answer, e mailed but no answer. Could have got part of eBay on next day delivery. Appalling customer service.

Second time of using this company. Both times said it was in stock.
1st order finally arrived after chasing and this second order just not even getting a response when I email or call.

Placed an order for parts as needed urgently. Trying to check if order on its way no response from emails and they do not answer calls. Surely the best way is to say on site if parts are in stock or not. Customer service is non existent. Update now received email will increase rate if and when the items do actually arrive

It is the only Tanaka spares supplier I could find in the UK. Steve was very helpful via email, but they did not answer the phone.

Items delivered in the expected window (typically 3 working weeks) . Consistent good service and when I need more parts I will be back. Thanks All.

They charge a delivery fee, give no info on when item is to be delivered just says pending and has done for 8 days. No replies to emails. Taken my money for items. By far the worst online company I’ve dealt with sorry haven’t dealt with cuz they seem to have no customer support or care.
Will not use again. Needed parts quickly and 8 days and counting is dreadful when you charge delivery fee. Let people know before they click pay if you don’t have items. Can’t blame Covid anymore.

I wished i had read the reviews before ordering. I rang the number to check if they had stock and place an order. A very rude person told me we only accept online orders so go to the website was the response. I placed an order for three belts and they to my money over £150 and after waiting a week only two belts are delivered and no explanation apart from out of stock. No update on when i am likely if at all to recieve the third and most important belt of the three. I will be returning the other two and never ever using again. please read the other reviews and avoid at all costs.

You can't get through on the phone and can't leave a message either on answerphone. No reply received via contact page. No accelerator control lever received, although apparently in stock on 9/4/24. As of 22/4/24 not received and no idea when it might arrive. You have our money, we don't have the item. Not happy. As of 26/4 still not received and at 4.10pm they are already closed, although answerphone says they will close at 4.30pm.

WoM has a huge range of stock, and what they don't have they will obtain generally swiftly. They are amazingly helpful on the phone with non-professional users of garden equipment, and they are my first "go to" when I need anything in the way of spares for my Stiga 540iX 4WD mower.

bought a new iseki mower last year had problems from the outset there service department is none existent still waiting a year later for the issues all emails to prove this next move is iseki direct

Good speedy service and everything arrived together and the time they said it would arrive.

I haven't purchased anything yet, this the 2nd request. One thing I hate is pressure. Normally I would just close the site. so please don't ask again

Found the parts I needed on Monday evening and emailed to see if they were in stock. Tues morning Steve replied to confirm stock. I placed the order straight away and parts arrived the following morning ( today ) meaning I could fix my mower and get back working in the afternoon. Awesome service and a big thanks to Steve

Ordered part, didn’t arrive as expected so tried calling their phone number over several days - no answer ever - used their contact form - no reply…
Part eventually arrived , too late as I needed part in a hurry and bought it elsewhere.

Fabulous site. Found what I needed easily and had it within a couple of days. Great service
