One item was out of stock after I ordered so they arranged to sent the next size up at no extra cost i.e. a more expensive item.

Excellent quality products, well made and robust. The latest item purchased would not work where we wanted it but the bolts and latch we bought for the gate previously are perfect. I found this company on the website by a google search and have not been disappointed with any of the items purchased and the delivery is very quick. The items not only feel heavy and substantial they are also very attractive. I would not hesitate to order again. The website is very easy to negotiate as well and products are well presented, even down to the notes on do you need screws, which you can add for ease of fixing.

I wanted good quality galvanised hinges for a garden gate. I was attracted by the range and product information offered on the website. The order was delivered quickly, the hinges came with fixings and the quality is excellent.

Ordered some adjustable band and hook gate hinges. Upon opening the packet, I saw that one of the band hinges was very twisted and unfit for purpose. Jon promptly sent out a replacement which arrived the next day. Both deliveries were fast and well packaged.

We needed to replace our existing gate loop as it was too heavy and did not have a handle. Fortunately we found this Throw Over Gate Loop online from Gate Expectation, it was Galvanised which was necessary as we live on the coast. From placing the order, receiving the product and fitting the loop the experience was five star. We find the new gate loop easy to use and good quality.

These 14" hook & band hinges are very robust and the fact that they are galvanised is important as I live by the sea. The fact that I can now lift my soft-wood gate off the pins for annual maintenance is ideal. Fitting the hinges and gate, following the video instruction was a breeze. The adjustable nature of the hinges is also a bonus for any future re-alignment which may be required.

I ordered heavy duty galvanised hinges for a large gate and subsequently two pairs of similar but smaller hinges for pedestrian access gates. All delivered promptly, and all well designed and robust so I am sure will give many years of service. An excellent company, they have my recommendation and I would certainly use them again.
