Quick to offer an appointment so I didn't have to wait long for my clarinet to be back in use again. Great attention to detail and very friendly.

fast, good communication, great repair job
dropped my sax from high enough that it needed quite a bit of work; the sax was all good after a week and a half, cost exactly what they said it would, and were fast to respond when asked about the progress of repair. definitely would go to again in the future & would recommend to others (even despite the hour-plus travel time)

A first class job from Slavena
Slavena did a first class job with a complete overhall of my precious Altus flute with cleaning, a full repad and key regulation. It plays beautifully.

Really great experience!
I had three saxophones serviced with Woodwind London and would highly recommend their services to everyone! They managed to do it quickly, at a reasonable price, and they now feel and sound so much better. Really grateful to them for all their help and the quick turn around.
