First & most importantly, Ed Jackman knows his business (in this instance flute repair) thoroughly.
For the on-the-spot work done, the price was entirely reasonable & effective.
Beyond that, he & colleague Slavena were friendly & knowledgeable interlocutors whilst we awaited the repair. All in all, an excellent service & a valuable resource for musicians locally & generally.
For a six-star review, a filter coffee machine in the lobby & some easy chairs would round things off nicely for next time 🙂

You might have to wait a while for repairs as they are very busy. However, I guess that speaks for the workmanship. Lovely to deal with, too.
