Excellent service
Dan from Woodhouse was very professional and efficient when he visited us today to repair our toilet. He explained what he was doing, and had the necessary spare part in his van. He has previously visited us to fix our leaking shower, and did an excellent job then too.

Woodhouse oil boiler service
Woodhouse have maintained my oil central heating boiler for many years, and installed my current boiler in 2019. They service it annually. Matty did a great job again this year, no fuss or mess and very efficient and professional.

We had AC fitted just over a week ago…
We had AC fitted just over a week ago and Woodhouse were amazing. Installed and fully working within a day. Found a fault in our electrics we didn’t even know about and fixed it that day. They left zero mess and protected all the carpets. Installing AC has been the best thing we’ve done.

Oil boiler service
Was recommended to use this company so called them out for a boiler service.
A lovely man called Matty came out to do it, he was on time and very polite. He said I'd get sent a reminder for next year which is great for me.
Will be using this company again in the future.

Woodhouse sorted out a pressing plumbing problem
Woodhouse helped us sort out a pressing plumbing issue during our recent roof replacement work. The original heat pump installer had left two pipes too high protruding into the plane of the new roof. This could have been a costly delay to the roofing work.
Woodhouse were very proactive and helpful in getting this sorted within a very pressing timescale. In particular, Adam was very helpful in coordinating with Allmighty Roofing. The work was undertaken by Matty, who was really helpful in explaining how to bleed the air out of system. He did a neat and professional job and was courteous throughout.

Tom and Max arrived promptly at the agreed time to assemble and install 2 ceiling fans both sourced from abroad. They were friendly, polite and took the trouble to make recommendations that they felt would make both products safer according to UK standards. They consulted at each stage and made sure that we each understood how the remote controls worked. At the end of the job they offered to take away all the packaging and left the rooms vacuumed and tidy. Both were great ambassadors for Woodhouse Plumbing Heating and Electrical. N & W Parker
