Wonderful company who i buy from frequently

The earrings I purchased didn’t resemble the colour on the website so I returned them for a refund . Despite sending three emails asking why they haven’t refunded me , I am getting zero response . I will now contact my bank to enquire

I'm obsessed with Wolf & Moon. I buy the earrings for myself, for friends and for family members for every occasion. They're always beautifully packaged and arrive quickly, the ordering process is smooth and they just look amazing. It also feels great to support a small UK business. My only complaint is that I can't stop buying them...

I’m an earrings lover and these are honestly the best ones in my collection. I get compliments every single time I wear them. They are playful but still elegant.

The customer service is also great. I once lost a tiny part of one of my favourite earrings and needed a replacement. They were very helpful, and since I was ordering a new piece anyway, they arranged to send everything together. The whole process was super easy.

If I have to say something negative, it’s that international shipping is quite expensive :( It’s not really their fault, but still a pity.

The earrings are very pretty, although I ordered a Tulip Meadow Hoops in Honey, and the honey tulip is really off from the picture. In real life it looks like a greenish yellow with orange and white stripes, so it's not really pleasant to look at. The shape is also off when you look at all of the flowers (although they state this in the description), so you can't really tell that these are supposed to be tulips.

I tried to order two items and was informed that I would benefit from "free UK shipping". On the payment page a fee for "UK delivery" was added back in. If there is an obscure distinction between "shipping" and "delivery" this was not made clear. I then tried to contact the company but they had one of those profoundly irritating hurdles requiring you to prove that you are "human". I tried to pass on six occasions but there was no logic to the exercises. This is one of the most painful shopping experiences I have encountered for a very long time.
The product quality is normally excellent; I have bought many gifts from the website.
But we only live once and the latest experience has led me to unsubscribe.

I bought 3 items at the end of May… 2 of the 3 have broken. It’s only been 3 months.
I will also say as someone that can only wear hypoallergenic jewellery/gold my ears reacted within the first use. Therefore not sure if they do use gold.

Gorgeous designs… but not great quality for price.

Cute, fun, unique, quality jewellery. Bought earrings for my mum and sister, which they loved. So will be adding to them in the future and a pair for myself! Nice to support a beautiful company too.

I bought a few pairs of earrings from Wolf and Mon for my wife, she is a real foodie so I was spoilt for choice, the pomegranate studs really stood out ( forgive the pun ) as well as the beetroot hoops.
The quality is superb and the are lightweight.
Needless to say say my wife loved them, she has received many compliments when wearing them, I now have two young girls dropping hints for their next birthday presents.

Beautiful earings, I have over 6 pairs. But nearly every single pair has broke! I do not sleep or shower in them. But almost every set is damaged in some way, I enquired about them, they said they offer a repair service for £20... which I paid, which I do think should be looked at.. The fact so many has broke surely there is a production error somewhere! Anway, 5 weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I contacted the company, turns out they never received it, but by coincidence the day after me asking their neighbour dropped it off.. sounds like a lie to me haha. I then decided to make a complaint, due to the fact itll be 2 months since I returned the earings for repair which I shouldnt even have to pay for in the first place. will not re-purchase from this company sadly as they just do not last, and they are not cheap!

W&M is a lovely business that I love supporting. All my pieces are gorgeous. Some do get a lot of wear, and on one occation a repair was needed, the team accommodated this with ease. Thank you for creating such beautiful pieces.

Great company, obsessed with their products. Bought 2 pairs of earrings for a birthday and they were great quality, have had tons of compliments.

I have been buying jewellery from Wolf and Moon since 2019 and every time it is a joy.
They have fixed several of my pieces that I have damaged accidentally and are always wonderful to interact with.
My most recent purchase was during a "last chance" sale and I ordered a pin and brooch. I had an issue where I accidentally sent it to the wrong address and they fixed that for me quickly and easily! they are a fantastic company and I highly recommend them and their beautiful jewellery.

Beautiful jewellery and excellent customer service. I have bought several pairs of earrings from this company over the last few years and love them all. Recently my favourite pair broke but I was delighted to discover that I could send them back to be repaired. The communication throughout this process was excellent and I was thrilled to have my favourite pair back in time to wear for Christmas!

High quality products, and although a 1 person support team, phenomenal customer service. I had a question about the website and Kara was wonderful, really took time out to get an answer for me. Every product sent has been beautifully packaged, and wear well. The maker of the earrings is sent with a little card. I am a repeat customer and love the sustainability of wood, and the fact you can buy the hoops separate with the wooden earrings. Genius.

Ordered the stevie hoops and allegra studs within the UK and my order arrived within a day of being dispatched. The stevie hoops are super cute and well-made and come in a small jewellery bag. Unfortunately had to send back the allgra studs because there was an issue with the beads that made them uncomfortable to wear. Contacted customer service, they replied within a day and were very friendly and helpful (thanks Kat!). They paid for return shipping, my return was processed very quickly and my Klarna payment was updated the same week. Really seamless experience. Will happily order again from this store in the future.

Lovely jewellery, only fault was the necklace hanging out of postage packaging on arrival. Truly pretty celestial collection, I’m not surprised that it has sold out of multiple occasions.

Ordered my girlfriend a pair after some very heavy hints and she was thrilled. Really nicely made, well packaged and rescued 2020 Christmas. Highly recommend
