Well crafted and reasonably priced
The windows were manufactured to the exact measurements provided. They appear well-crafted. Installation was as expected. We purchased 5 basement replacement windows. They were delivered on time and the price was reasonable with promotional discount.
This is our second purchase from WindowEstore. Our first were a pair of fixed glass windows for the basement.

If you want to DIY your windows…
If you want to DIY your windows Windowestore is definitely the way to go. Excellent results and if you need special shape windows, don’t hesitate to ask. I was concerned I need to get someone to replace those, but Derek was able to accommodate all my needs. Very happy with the results and service throughout!

Great experience
Derek and Sandra were both incredibly helpful throughout the process. We bought six windows and all fit perfectly. They are such an upgrade from our previous windows. Our winter was epic here in Lake Tahoe and they performed amazingly.

I’m not happy camper about it since I ordered last month ( February ) and I asked for construction window but I got replacement window smh I did called them and asked for refund but they said it cannot refund so they’re going to sending me another one for free cuz it’s wrong kind !!! I haven’t heard from them since 2 weeks now . That why I gave one star for that and I won’t order more windows from them .

Whenever we receive a window order we always call each customer back and review their order with them. We do this for accuracy, to make sure we provide the customer with exactly what they want and need, and to make any changes to the order should the customer have made a mistake. This customer ordered a replacement style custom sized window. We confirmed with the customer that she did indeed want a replacement style window and NOT a new construction style window with nailing fins. She confirmed that she wanted the replacement style window that she ordered. A few weeks later, when she went to pick the window up, she called back and said the window she was picking up was a replacement style window and that she had ordered a new construction style window. Her original order was for a replacement window and when we called her back to review her order with her, she confirmed that she wanted the replacement window and NOT a new construction window. There's no difference in price between a replacement window and a new construction window so during our call back and review of her original order, if she had wanted to change her order to a new construction window with nailing fins instead of the replacement window she ordered we could have done so easily and quickly with absolutely no charge to her.
When she called back complaining that we had sent her the wrong window (she denied ordering the replacement style window) we told her that we have a snap in nailing fin trim available that will snap into the frame of the replacement window basically making her replacement window a new construction window. Easy fix. We said we would send her that trim at no charge to her. She was very happy that we had a solution to her problem.
After our conversation with her, we immediately ordered the snap in nail fin trim and then emailed her a couple of days later with an ETA on when the trim was to be delivered. We talked with her on 3/08, we ordered the trim on 3/08, we then emailed her on 3/10 with the ETA info. The ETA email states that the trim is to be delivered on 3/31. Today’s date is 3/22 so we emailed her 10 days ago with the delivery info on the trim. Customer is stating in her review that she has not heard from us in the last 2 weeks.
This is one of those situations where we've done everything right and absolutely nothing wrong and found a simple solution to correct her mistake but for some reason beyond our knowledge the customer chose to give us a one-star review.
The main reason we call every customer nationwide back and review their order with them is to avoid situations like this. If a customer makes a mistake on their initial order it’s no big deal. It’s super easy for us to correct those mistakes during the order review process. We’re very easy to work with and one of the reasons we’ve become the #1 online window dealer in the nation is because we provide the absolute best customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Waited until my second order was filled before reviewing just to see if it was a one time deal but the second order went just as good as the first. Great company. Very helpful. Got exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion. Have more windows to do and I'll be ordering from them again.
