Wilsons Blinds Recensioni

Very impressed in the shutters in quality and appearance, both fitted within 1hr, has greatly reduced the heat this week in the room, highly recommend would use again

A big shout-out for the couriers DX, friendly, helpful on time and packaging was in perfect condition around the shutters

Thanks

Simple ordering process, speedy dispatch, excellent product, easy to install.

Very good service and product. Helpful on the telephone, would recommend and do business with them again.

Paid for quick delivery but arrived damaged and with a louvre and weight missing. Contacted the company immediately to no response from their contact page. After a few days of nothing tried phoning which was just a computer voice at the end of it. Eventually had an email to say they would send the missing/ broken parts out. A week later only received 1 part. Emailed again, waited yet another week then Louvre is too short. In the meantime I have noticed that the vertical blinds do not move in sync with eachother very well which is not what you expect from a new set of blinds. I'm so disappointed and their customer service has been so slow and unhelpful. I would not recommend to anyone.

great price and arrived with exact measurements I fitted the blind the day after receiving and it looks great.

Absolutely perfect. Reasonably priced and brilliant quality Roman blinds. Will be buying again for elsewhere in the house!

A brilliant pair of blinds. Easy to fit and very well made.
Great delivery time and communication.

Excellent service from Wilsons Blinds. Order promptly dispatched and arrived early in top condition. Size exactly as required and installation easy. We can recommend Wilsons Blinds.

Great service even when you’ve made a mistake. Very sincere and helpful customer support. Very happy with my blinds. Prompt delivery service.

Very pleased with the purchase of my 2 blinds. Arrived on said date. Good quality. Easily fitted. Thank you

Ordered a Roman blind in the wrong size but because i had taken the Sure Fit protection, Sarah the online chat help had me sorted in a few minutes. Service was fantastic and empathetic. Would definitely purchase again.

Great service delivery good and the blinds are so easy to fit and look fabulous

Fast delivery,excellent product,easy to fit.

the delivery was a little longer than expected, the bind was easy to fit, it works well and looks great

I ordered blinds for 7 windows over 3 orders. In our second order one set wouldn’t operate ( they sent me instructions how to fix the problem) but we sorted that. Then I complained about the length of the louvres being to short on another window I sent numerous pictures showing this error and what I had actually ordered, eventually they said it was my error which caused them to do the Louvres 15mm to short which it wasn’t but they did offer to give me 50% off new louvres if I ordered replacements which if I do it will be from elsewhere. The wands were also different lengths 50cm and 100cm. I had already placed my 3rd order when I noticed the faults in the second. I have given 2 stars because the other 5 were as ordered. I rarely give bad reviews and I do try and find the positives but I have learned a lesson here.

Easy ordering process, simple instructions to follow. Arrived earlier than expected, great quality product.

Well made product. Some instructions for assembly might have been useful but common sense worked ok in the end

Ordered replacement blind slats as some of ours were stained but the replacement ones are not exactly the same as the original so it looks very odd with them being slightly different shade and pattern.

I have used Wilsons Blinds on several occasions over the years. Good quality product at a reasonable price plus easy to install. Overall very happy with my latest purchase.

Fast delivery, good price and perfect fit
