Matthew was exceptional
Matthew was exceptional in how he dealt with my daughter buying her car. No pressure whatsoever along with being professional and courteous. One of the best car sales people I've ever come across in my 30 years of buying 15 cars.

He was so patient and helpful. After several unsuccessful trips to various used car showrooms with no joy, Mick helped my husband and I find just what we were looking for.
Mick is extremely knowledgeable and clearly a credit to Wilsons of Epsom.
I do hope Wilsons rethink letting staff resume the option to pay and use the electric charges for their own vehicles
It seems to make sense to help your employees.

He was super helpful, guided us through a few different options nd think it really helped her clarify which car she needs to concentrate on.

The process for receiving the loan car…
The process for receiving the loan car is too much pathetic.
Till last year it was all good.
This year there is a single person across all service center and just for picking the loan car, it took 2 hours in waiting room.
And pick time for more than 1 hour.
It's too frustrating.
I have been with Wilson for past 5 years but this would be last and will find something else in future.

Highly recommended
The staff at Wilson’s Renault were extremely helpful and responsive to my queries whether face-to-face, email or phone. Subah was great during the test drive, the sales paperwork and during the handover - very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I’d certainly recommend the Renault Scenic E-Tech, Wilson’s at Epsom, Subah and Jake. Thanks
