My dog was involved in a car accident, I could not praise the team enough. I was called daily with an update on my dogs progress, even after she left I was able to call for advice.

First visit to Willows.
The ladies in reception were professional,but also very welcoming and put me at ease immediately.
The vet was lovely and explained everything completely as she examined my dog.CT scan was done on the day and a plan of treatment was discussed.
Options for dealing with insurance were explained to me and I left feeling very positive about the entire visit.

Amazing experience from start to finish, as a referral we were new to Willows and I would recommend them to everyone! If we lived closer they’d be my first choice everytime! The staff are extremely helpful and caring! Everything is explained and you can tell the vets passion is to help your furry friends! Mark and Michael couldn’t have made me, and my puppy Honey feel more at ease.
I cannot thank all of the Willows team enough!

Very efficient and caring. Job well done Charlie is now recovering at home.

Willows were fantastic with my working Cocker who suddenly lost the use of her limbs. Within a couple of hours the Neurologist Rob had seen her, she had an MRI and was straight on the operating table and up and walking again the very next day. They made a terrifying time a little easier.
Thank you again for helping us get our much loved Raisin back to her old self.

We have been to Willows a few times now and everyone we have spoken to has been friendly, kind and efficient. My pet, Dixie, has stayed overnight and when handed back she has been calm and relaxed. The discharge information is communicated verbally and a printed copy provided too which is great. Both Dixie and I are very happy.

Willows were completely fantastic with Stanley every step of the way. They managed the emergency so well and even thought of us and how we were feeling. The frequency and level of communication was outstanding and gave me peace of mind. The skill of the surgery and after care has given Stanley the best possible life post recovery. We cannot thank them enough.

We arrived at willows after our dog had an injury which was on a Sunday, we rang willows and they said to bring her straight in which we did. When we arrived a vet met us in reception and took us to a consultation room and said a vet would come to see us in ten minutes this was 1.10pm. After we had been waiting 1 hour 45 minutes we went to reception and asked if a vet was coming to see our dog. The vet finally came to see us at 3.20 pm. The vet apologised and said we shouldn't have waited that long as she thought another vet was coming to see us. The vet after an examination of our dog said she was in pain which was slightly annoying as we had waited so long. However we spent £4200 and our dog who is on the road to recovery. We are still very annoyed at having to wait 2 hours 10 minutes because basically we were forgotten about with such a high consultation fee of £225. Very poor initial service

My 12 year old Labrador was struggling with his breathing and we needed a referrals centre to turn to for help. Willows was recommended to me not only by other dog owners but vets too. Everyone we spoke to by phone, video call or in person was understanding, helpful, caring, reassuring and professional throughout what was a worrying and difficult time. Tucker had not had to spend the night away from me with a vet in over 11 years of being home! Will Robinson in the Soft Tissue Department, not only suggested an initial video consult to avoid Tucker being stressed, but then answered questions and acted on my concerns so promptly that I couldn't have asked for more. It was reassuring to know that he could consult other specialist departments with regards to Tucker's health conditions before, during and after the surgery. Tucker had his diagnosis of Larangeal Paralysis confirmed and was then immediately operated on. I was kept updated on the day and given advice before heading home the next day on how best to help him heal. As we headed to the car Tucker recognised an arriving practitioner who told me what a good boy he'd been to care for the previous day! Tucker had surgery just over 3 days ago, his wound is healing well, he is eating, drinking and toileting well and more importantly he can BREATH again, the difference is amazing! I can't thank Will Robinson and the team that cared for Tucker enough right now. THANK YOU!!

Took our puppy Bobi to Willows for the first time. Amazing service from reception team and our Vet Sam who was incredibly caring and kind with Bobi and answered all our questions. 5 star service.

Excellent service for our Bella,a EBT, she was treated so well,she had slipped a disc,we were seen and operated on the same day.We came as a referral.

Care has been excellent so far,all staff we have dealt with have been polite,informative,professional and very friendly and approachable

Referred from our local vets, were apprehensive because of the distance but we couldn’t have had a better experience. We were very nervous for our dog as she was suffering with her back but they were really reassuring and positive.

Great and efficient service from the Willows with special mention for Will (surgeon) and Fernanda (care team) for helping our dog through emergency surgery and recovery. They kept us regularly informed of progress.

The Neurology Team are in a league of their own.
Only when it’s vital you get the best surgical treatment for your pet you value that Willows are skilled specialists in urgent care and attention from arrival to the time you leave.
