I emailed them because it showed me I would get free shipping with $49, but it wasn’t giving it to me when I was checking out. Theyemailed me back and said the threshold was $125. I sent them a screenshot where it was showing me $49. They never emailed me back. There is TOO many places to shop to deal with people who ignore and don’t want to honor what I found on THEIR website.
I placed a preorder from Willow Tree Boutique’s Valentine’s Day collection in early January, expecting delivery well before the holiday.
A week before Valentine’s Day, I still had no shipping updates. I emailed customer service multiple times and received no response for over a week. Valentine’s Day passed, and I never received the preorder.
When I requested a refund, they suddenly responded and stated that preorder items were non-refundable and issued me a gift card instead. I used the gift card to reorder something else, but again received no updates and never received the items, even after waiting another two months.
This boutique advertises heavily on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, but based on my experience, customer service was extremely poor and I never received the products I paid for.
Buyer beware! I would not recommend ordering from this company.
Run!!! This company takes your card and charges preorders then takes months to deliver. They wont refund your card either. Its cheap clothes also. Dont do it!!! Terrible costumer service.
This store is a scam. You can find their items on SHEIN, Temu, alibaba- and yet- they charge a fortune more. When you get the items and realize they are cheap and useless- they will only give store credit- no refunds. Great. Store credit to over pay for more cheap merchandise they are selling.
I did a pre-order in July. The site said ready to ship by September. September came and they moved it to Oct. October they create a shipping label so I am excited it's finally coming after waiting forever. I email and get an automated response that it may take 3-4 business days but email if I don't hear back during that time. They only once emailed without sounding robotic thanking me for my patience and the item should be shipped very soon (but still without an estimate). It doesn't actually ship until November. My emails are still ignored. My package gets delivered to the wrong address which USPS admits they delivered to someone else completely and the package isn't in the box they delivered it to so someone took it for themselves. Well, now I need to email Willow Tree back because they as the seller are the ones that need to refund me or replace the item and file the claim with the USPS for their refund. That takes another email and to no surprise, I get another automated email reply. What a scam! You shouldn't own a clothing boutique and be unresponsive. Their return policy states only a credit to be given (if they even respond)....I don't think so! I am over it. Just refund me or replace so I can never order from this boutique again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered over $300 worth of items October 4th. I have yet to receive the items or tracking. I have reached out to the store and gotten no response. I feel like they are truly scammers as they keep changing I bg the pre-order date and have a very sketchy return policy
