I placed an order the beginning of May 2026. I sent an email at the end of May and the response was they were sending me a credit for the delay. Here we are almost in July and I never received the product and it appears as though the company is no longer in business. I want my $86 back!
Ordered items on February 27 of 2026 and have not received them yet! And it is now the middle of June. All it says is that a label was created. And they have not responded to my emails.
PURCHASED AN ORDER IN FEBRUARY...TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER RECVD NOW IN JUNE THEY CLOSE SHOP AFTER MONTHS OF EMAILS LYING ABOUT IT BEING BACKORDERED....PISS POOR COMPANY
Horrible business! I placed an order for a pre-order item. 3 months later they finally offer me a gift card in the amount I spent, go online & order items that show in stock & will ship in 7-10 days. Here we are a month later & no response to emails. Definitely should have checked reviews before trusting them. But this will not be the last they hear from me.
I ordered something weeks ago and have not received a shipping notice. Their policy states 3-7 business days to ship . Well I have well passed that mark. I have contacted consumer service 3 times with NO response. I do not recommend purchasing from this boutique.
I absolutely adore this small business I have placed over 60 orders from them. They definitely take care of customers! Will purchase from here again and again! Most of my orders have been pre-order items they are worth the wait! Thank you Whimsy Threads 🩵
Made an order Feb 7, its now the end of May. They refuse to give me a refund!
I placed an order March 5th 2026 and never received my order. I wish I would have checked reviews before placing my order. I am very disappointed.
Amazing small business company! Got my order on time and packaged so nicely.
I placed an order for some “All Star Overalls” on March 12, 2026. The item was not a preorder. I emailed the company April 26, 2026 to see where my order was and it’s now May 7, and still no response or order. I looked up their website and it’s no longer available and I’m about almost $90. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. The company charge on my account is also under a different name. Beware of possible scamming company.
I placed an order for a vest back in October and still have not received it months later. After reaching out myself to ask where my order was, I was told the vendor had shorted the item. Since then, communication has completely stopped despite multiple follow-up emails.
I understand delays can happen, but ignoring customers for months with no updates, no resolution, and no response is extremely disappointing. Customer service and communication matter just as much as the product itself. Unfortunately, this has been a very frustrating experience.
Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam. Bought an item, it never shipped. They never shipped it. After a month I asked for a refund. They said the don’t offer refunds only store credits. They never fulfilled my order and won’t return my money.
I placed a preorder in early January from Whimsy Threads Boutique for items from their Valentine’s Day collection, more than a month before the holiday.
About one week before Valentine’s Day, I still had not received any shipping updates or communication, so I emailed customer service. I received no response and sent additional follow-up emails, which also went unanswered. Valentine’s Day came and went, and I never received the preorder.
After requesting a refund, the company responded and stated that preorder items were non-refundable and issued me a gift card instead. I used the gift card to place another order, but once again received no updates and never received the items, even after waiting approximately two more months.
One additional concern is that although I ordered from Whimsy Threads Boutique, my Afterpay transaction listed the merchant as Willow Tree Boutique, which caused confusion and raised concerns about the business identity.
I ultimately had to dispute the charges through Afterpay due to non-delivery of goods, and Afterpay refunded me.
Based on my experience, communication was extremely poor, orders were never delivered, and the process to resolve the issue took significant time and effort.
I would strongly encourage others to use caution when placing preorders with this business.
