Appalling. Pure and simple. Delays and missed or forgotten fitting appointments. However, they did refund the deposit without argument.

Company Summary:
Expensive material costs as they add heavy margins on to the product and very pricey fitting labour. The result cheap materials used elsewhere on the job and EXTREMELY POOR FITTING SKILLS. Very quick to take your money and run. Poor communicators and you can't go and see them at their shop as it's just a warehouse (they work from home).
Avoid like the plague!
Our Experience:
Requested and had a in person measurement of our bedroom to fit 12mm thick premium laminate with 5mm thick fibre tile underlay in order to compensate for very minor and unavoidable defections in our sub flooring, which is "old fashioned style" floorboards in a 1980s house (not the newer flooring OBS style sheets)...
They came and fitted whilst we were out at work.
We did not receive a itemised bill (although requested multiple times) therefore we could not "prove" what we paid for on writing.
1-2 months into owning the laminate flooring laid by this company, we noticed a huge amount of creaking and cracking on end joints, which has now a year on progressed to complete failure of the laminate end joints (the planks are breaking away from each other).
On inspection they ended up fitting with cheap barely 2mm polysheeting which is not providing anywhere near enough the required cushioning and displacement of the subfloor.
After several emails, phone calls only a month into the flooring being laid we had no resolution. We were constantly promised we we "sort it", only to progressively being told later in the following months that this type of noise and deflection is "normal" (although they never inspected in person). We were also told later down the line that we don't fit the 5mm Tile Fibre Underlay because it molds and gets damp?? (This is on an upstairs room, not a downstairs concrete floor!)
Anyway, we were given excuse after excuse.
Lastly we left a written letter, but they never volunteered to come and rectify the flooring for the proper materials requested, quoted and I believe paid for.
To make matters worse we found the same 12mm thick laminate in B&Q for a very reasonable (still premium price), and looking at our bill including labour, we can tell we've paid well over the odds for the laminate itself.
The product itself has a fitted life of +15years minimum... But because of this company we barely got two years.
We used William and Lamb for convenience whilst DIYing work elsewhere in the renovation in our house as we have to work... Lesson is learnt, I can lay flooring better myself!
