Bad experience with the real estate.
After having spent so much time and energy for a particular house to buy, they backed out in the last moment. Again the same property back in the market at higher price and none to buy. In the end the as none to buy, they had to fix it to the original price for which we had confirmed earlier. What was all this drama for!!!

Hi Manju. As explained to you several times, WM&T did not "back out" the transaction. We were instructed to terminate the sale by the seller and we are legally obliged to follow their instructions. I feel it is really unfair for you to repeatedly make this claim when it is not accurate and doesn't tell the whole story. Excellent Lettings Team that go over and above
we have been both tenants and landlords and used the lettings team for both purposes. Really pleasant staff to deal with, polite and actually do what they say they will do. I would not hesitate to instruct them again should the need arise.

After a long and what seemed like an unusually lengthy and complex sale, we made it. Jodi was, with dogged persistence in her dedication to helping me get to the finish line, so supportive. Without her help I think I would have struggled to go the distance. Of course, it was a team effort, from Jack who was initial in getting the house on the market to Rebecca who supported from the office. I can whole heartedly, recommend WM&T.

I bought a house in June this year, marketed by Wilkie in Bridgwater. I dealt with Jeremy. I found him to be professional, friendly and outstandingly helpful throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend Wilkie as a result.

Simply Superb and the best to deal with
Justin at Watchet has to be the most professional and honest Agent I have ever dealt with in 10 previous property sales. his help and assistance has seen through an extremely long winded sale.
When all could have collapsed his help saw it through to a successful sale.

Estate agent perfection 👌
Having recently sold my property through the Wellington branch, I can only say that they are a truly outstanding agency. My property was marketed and sold with incredible speed, and the transaction monitored diligently by an incredibly professional, efficient and friendly team. I honestly can't fault the way they handled an often difficult sale and brought it to a happy conclusion.
