Excellent and efficient customer service! We dealt with Emmajayne, David and Steve, all of whom were fantastic from the start of the process (putting our house on the market), through the sale of our property with the help of the Emmajayne (what an asset to the company) and her finding us a new family home. We decided to buy our next property via Wilkie May & Tuckwood, mainly due to the service we received on our sale - it also helps that they have a sizable housing stock! It's so impressive that nothing appeared too much to ask the team, who regularly spent extra time to ensure we felt reassured. Moving home can be stressful at times, but Steve acted as a great link between Wilkie and the solicitors, taking the time to keep me updated and in chasing for progress, we managed to exchange much sooner given the help we received and I was most grateful for the 'after-sales' experience. Don't even think about using these to sell your house as they appear to be working for the buyers, not you, who are actually paying their fees. Lastly, if you are using John Wrelton, the Chairman, be aware as he doesn't answer emails, doesn't call you back and it could be due to a potential conflict of interest, which you haven't been advised of. Be Warned.

We had a fantastic experience with the team at WM&T. In particular Steve in the after sales team was so brilliant and worked really hard to keep everything on track, keeping us informed at all times and being so proactive. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling their property.

We’ve been in the fortunate position of using the services of Wilkie May & Tuckwood’s Wellington office twice now - firstly as a buyer and then, more recently, as a seller.

On both occasions they provided a professional, friendly and helpful service, liaising regularly between the parties to ensure any potential problems were dealt with as quickly as possible.

We would happily use them again and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.

WM &T have helped us with first the letting of a bungalow and then its sale. Both experiences were absolutely five star. The sale in particular took place when the market was in a difficult state and WM&T, partly because of their very high degree of local knowledge, were able to guide us through the whole process most successfully.

Recently used WM&T for my house sale. With a decent valuation my property was sold within 7 days. Living in Bedford I relied on WM&T to access the property and conduct viewings, giving me feedback from each potential purchaser. I would certain recommend this company and given the opportunity, woukd use them again.

We recently purchased a flat through WM+T in Wellington. Delays between the Solicitors and Landlords etc meant it was a very lengthy and stressful process, but the staff at Wilkie May were excellent, especially the Sales Progression Team. We always felt supported, and they were tenacious in getting the purchase through. Communication was excellent from this very friendly and professional team, and I'd happily use them again.
