I reached out to customer service after 4 weeks with no updates to my order - they responded offering to replace an out of stock item. I declined and asked for a refund, they still have not responded despite multiple followups over 2 more weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service, it's been a month and a half now with no order and no refund.

Bought this seat pad as a birthday present for a friend who wfh and he is thrilled with it and will be even more thrilled when it gets colder.

the quality looks good and the rug looks great in my kitchen, exactly what I was looking for :-))

Beautiful bespoke sheepskin rug - it took ages to come as Wildash would not compromise on quality - so when it did eventually come it was beyond expectation. Fantastic quality. Mae kept us up to date with progress on the order and made it very personal - thank you Mae.

Worried. I haven't received my order.

Diabolical Service. I ordered a preorder and waited patiently as the date came and went. I’ve sent two emails which both got an automated response and I’ve phoned three times and it doesn’t matter when you phone they are always “helping another customer out” so I leave a message asking to be called back and nothing. Am now having to open a dispute through PayPal which is basically a disgusting way to treat a new customer!

The skin and the colour are stunning and I collect sheepskins. This is the best by far!

I placed the order with the indication on the website that I would receive within up to 9/10 days.
In the event - it was closer to 2 months.
So I’m sure you will appreciate why I was disappointed in the Wildash experience this time.
However, Mae was lovely, professional & v helpful dealing with me & my increasing impatience with the situation.

A repeat purchase as pleased with items I received. Look great on my chairs.!

Customer service great. Efficient service

Beautiful product. The shipping out of the items was a little slower than their website said. So took a good month to get out the door, but they are so gorgeous it’s worth it.

I was very pleased with my second order of sheepskin rugs. They are excellent value for money, very soft and look fabulous draped over the back of my sofa (I can't bear to put them on the floor yet).

I was disappointed at how long delivery took - 19 days. My first order was delivered by Royal Mail and only took a week.

Excellent service, ertainly would use again

Excellent service. The order was well packaged and arrived safely. Not sure about the tracking service. It was a bit hit and miss.

I have t had any contact or received anything yet. Not impressed- where’s the height chart?

Unfortunately we found that these sheepskin did not really match what we really wanted in our bathroom

We wrote to the founder of Wildash and ask to return these, but never had a response, but instead receive continuous annoying promotional email
We also tried to use the online return function, but got the response that the unopened spray could not be returned and that we had to contact them by mail (that clearly was ignored)

Seems like this this company has the primary company of selling, but no customer service if anything needs returning

Very sad to be honest
