I recently went into Wickes in Yeovil, I'd just moved house and I had a very dated kitchen and bathroom but I was really undecided about what I wanted. Then I met Jessica Marsh! She designed a new kitchen for me and helped me think through the options, she made sure I understood the contract and what would happen. Through the installation, she helped where she could and, most importantly, she kept me calm and made it simple!!
I now have a fabulous kitchen and I'm really excited about getting the new bathroom in March.

Samantha was absolutely amazing, very professional and thorough.

Sam was brilliant at helping us design our kitchen. She made it easy everything easy and was really accommodating with us coming along with our one year old. She was brilliant at showing us all our options and didn't make us feel pressured. Thanks Sam!

The whole experience of designing our kitchen was made easy by Jess. She showed great professionalism, product knowledge and design ability, as well as patience with our several design changes. Jason, the manager was also extremely helpful in talking us through the various worktops and helping us decide which would be the best for for our kitchen and budget.

I'd like to thank them both, but especially Jess for helping us design our dream kitchen.

Our bathrooms have now been transformed! Samantha was great during the design process, she took the measurements and we told her that she had free rein to come up with a design and she came up with a plan that was infinitely better than what we were initially contemplating. She also had a hand in arranging the installation team who did a great job with the installation. We’re very pleased with the results. One snag was that a week before the installation we got a call to say that the toilets were ordered were not in stock. This was a surprise considering that we had ordered them about 4 months before. They had no suitable alternative (we’d selected a taller design as we’re getting older!), so on their suggestion, we sourced alternative toilets elsewhere. It would have been 5 stars but for this.

Steven Warren our designer made our whole experience so enjoyable we were very impressed with his service.
We had previously gone to a competitor who wasn't able to put together our dream kitchen.
Steven was able to give us exactly what we wanted, with no issues and made some excellent suggestions to improve the design.
He also came to our house to talk to the builder about the design and features.

We bought our kitchen from Wickes in Yeovil and our experience was great from start to finish.
We had more than one kitchen company come to our house to measure and quote and Steve was the only person to sit down with us and ask how we used our kitchen, and what we wanted and needed from our new one.
He took my vision of a TV wall with units and integrated dog beds and made it look amazing.
He was on hand to help at anytime and him and the team were so helpful when there were any hiccups along the way.

I got some wood, jigsaw and jigsaw saw bits on delivery. The wood was mostly twisted. Jigsaw itself is good but the saw bits it says to get with it doesn't fit the jigsaw at all. Worse part payed 14 pound for same day and didn't turn up same day at all very disappointed

Steven Warren from the Yeovil store helped us so much. The home visit ensured we had the kitchen how we wanted it, but also he was also honest when the design didn’t work.
He ensured we could have the cupboards and worktop that we liked, but also made sure we knew the differences between products to see that maybe the product we first wanted wasn’t the most suitable for us.
After delivery and fitment, we went back in to see Steve and received a refund for the parts we didn’t require.

Great customer service from an assistant named John. I have mobility difficulties and he very kindly. Got all the supplies I needed taken to the till and then loaded into my car for me.

We needed to buy a new ensuite shower which is a big investment so we put our trust in Wickes. Steven Warren was our design consultant and Stefano Dal Moro was our installation expert. Jumping to the end result, we could not be more pleased. The whole process worked well including ordering, delivery and installation. What we now have is exactly what we wanted, installed to an incredibly high standard and I would like to thank Steven and Stefano for their expertise, professionalism and first class customer service.

Very pleased with the product I bought, and Fin who served me was a credit to Wickes in the Yeovil branch.

I always shop in Wickes in Yeovil. The staff are very friendly. Service is quick. Good choice of products. Nothing is too much trouble for Chris. She is excellent.

We ordered a new kitchen from Wickes, for delivery and installation in November last year. We had excellent service from the moment we sat down with Steve Warren, designer in the Yeovil store. Delivered and fitted on schedule. There was very good communication with Steve and the Customer Service Team, Victoria and Debbie, particularly with ordering replacement/extra kitchen parts to complete the installation and after sales and installation follow up. Our fitter, Rob Wylie, undertook high quality workmanship and organised the ordering of replacement parts to keep the installation on schedule. The quality of the kitchen is excellent. The template of the granite worktop went very smoothly, again, with Rob Wylie’s help.

Our only criticism is with the couriers used to deliver some replacement parts, giving delivery from 7am to 6pm, so having to stay in all day and some parts disappointingly arriving damaged.
Also, we experienced a stressful hiccup with the signing of the finance contract with Novuna finance . Don’t opt for remote signing, sign in store, it nearly cost us our kitchen! Not Wickes fault but I can say that Steve Warren, our designer and the store manager, did everything possible to rectify the situation on our behalf.

We would recommend Wickes to anyone thinking of having a new kitchen. We are very pleased with their service.

Wickes design service - Steve Warren of Yeovil - was excellent, providing everything that we wanted to improve our kitchen. He gave good advice and was very patient when we made small changes.
The installation team - Brian and Adam were also excellent. They were so professional, fitted all the units beautifully and did some great plumbing.
However, the 'back office' - the various communication teams - really let the service down - which is why we could not award 5 stars. Inaccurate information, or none, was very frustrating. Speaking to a different person each time we phoned was not helpful. Please, Wickes, improve your. customer service!!

Cant speak highly enough of the Bathroom install through the Yeovil branch. Steve did a great job on the design and responded to my requests and feedback with patience and was always keen to help. Andy and his team were clean, tidy, respected my need to work from home and worked around times I needed to keep noise and disturbance down to a minimum. The workmanship is of the highest quality. Faultless. Highly recommended.
