From start to finish it was a complete joy. the design process was easy as our needs were discussed and a plan put together, with ideas I didn't think off, the fitting was precise in every detail, the fitters were very professional and respectful . we were kept updated throughout the process. 10 out of 10 all round.
big shout out to Jessica at Wickes Yeovil, for all your advise also Andy, Andy(Cub) and Cory for the fitting, nice lads..

From the first consultation everything was easy
Kitchen needed complete redesign and relocation of electrics , plumbing etc
Designer listened and was able to assist when my vision failed and prompt with ideas without being pushy.

Having used Wickes a couple of years ago for my new kitchen I decided to use them again for my bathroom renovation. Jessica Marsh at the Yeovil store was fantastic in advising and designing my new bathroom especially as I didn’t really know what I wanted and changed my mind several times. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Delivery of all the different items went smoothly and all arrived when expected and on the same day. The bath arrived damaged but was quickly replaced the next day. Excellent customer service with regular calls and e mails before, during and after instillation. Despite working on his own and a last minute change of plan, my installer got everything done on time and the finished result looks amazing.

Yeovil store has an excellent variety of products to choose from at competitive prices, the staff are all knowledgeable in their field and very approachable.

One member of staff, Samantha Stonebanks was particularly helpful. Samantha helped my daughter (and little grandson who didn’t want to miss out) to choose her dream kitchen which she then designed in every detail and created an enhanced colour image of the completed work.

Throughout the whole process Samantha was happy to answer any question, no matter how small and I felt that she completely understood our requirements. I will definitely go back to Samantha again when I have my own kitchen replaced. Thank you.

Jessica from Yeovil branch visited me at home to measure for a kitchen and give me an estimate. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful regarding all ideas for a new kitchen. Thank you.

We have been badly let down by Wickes's worktop supplier PWS. They confirmed installation on the Wednesday two days before installation but on the day never showed up. When I phoned them they used some cotton bull story that one of their machines had broken (as if they were going to manufacture the day before installation). The Wickes Installation Service Customer Experience Centre has been hopeless in trying to sort this out. I have been told by PWS that my installation has been delayed by a further 3 weeks and Wickes have been useless in confirming anything. I now have to asked my plumbers and electricians to temporarily set the kitchen up and then get them back again to disconnect and reconnect ALL at my own expense! No compensation no answers, ring twice a day and get no phone calls back from William.

I cannot stress enough how poor this company is. We had a new kitchen and bathroom designed and fitted (26k) and it was a mess from the delivery and got worse when the fitting started. Both come with a 5 year warranty, things are now breaking (1 year down the line) and Wickes will not honour that warranty and replace the broken items. The customer service is worse than Evri! I strongly urge that you do not use this company!!

Sam the designer was so helpful. Sam guided us step by step and made us feel comfortable if we didn’t like something or wanted to change anything.

This is the second Wickes kitchen installation we have had. We spent a lot of time working with our kitchen and utility room designer, Samantha, who was very helpful and took time to get our design right. We made several adjustments which she patiently worked through and we were very happy with the service she provided.

With regard to the parts delivered we did have some damage that needed replacing. One worktop piece was only wrapped in thin plastic and had to be replaced twice as two were damaged out of three deliveries.

Our local fitter was very skilled and made an excellent job of our two rooms.

We are very happy with our Tiverton kitchen and utility room, they really work well for our family needs.

Samantha the designer was friendly, knowledgeable and had a good understanding of what we wanted and good ideas

Samantha (Design Consultant) was very polite, professional and efficient.
Our home visit was particularly helpful as she advised and suggested a different layout which was something we hadn't considered, giving us the idea which has now become the reality.
She was meticulous in her planning and made use of every space available to maximise its potential.
The follow-up meeting in-store was clear, concise and all possible finance options were discussed regarding payment.
We would recommend her to anybody looking into purchasing a kitchen from Wickes.

We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen – the whole experience has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we went to Wickes Yeovil we were impressed with the displays and the staff in store.
Jess Marsh designed our kitchen and completely blew us away. She really listened to what we wanted and transformed our ideas into a design that is not only beautiful but also incredibly practical. Jess came up with solutions and features we would never have thought of ourselves, and the end result has exceeded all of our expectations.
Alex Burwood, our fitter, was equally outstanding. His attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were second to none. He truly went above and beyond throughout the installation, making sure everything was perfect and taking real pride in his work. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
What really stood out to us was how committed both Jess and Alex were to delivering the best possible result. It felt like they genuinely cared about creating a kitchen we would love—and we absolutely do.
We are so happy with the finished space and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess Marsh and Alex Burwood to anyone. Thank you both for creating our dream kitchen and making life a lot easier!

I thought wickes was a good brand due to the advertising that they have across multiple platforms I was wrong. I ordered a dozen items from them in early March and several items I have since been told are now not in stock so I have gone back for a refund of those items even though it says on their website in stock. I am still waiting on an item worth over £200 that they are still yet to deliver to me baring in mind I ordered it in early March and now we are in early May. Their customer services are now ignoring all contact which I think is ridiculous. Unless they have the items in stock at the branch don't trust that you will ever receive your items.

Exceptional service from Sam, from the home visit to design our kitchen to meeting in the Yeovil store to make our choices she was so knowledgeable , helpful and friendly, we felt listened to , valued and cared for.

Kitchen design and installation was excellent. Jess at Yeovil store created a great starting design, was full of enthusiasm and was endlessly patient as we refined it. Lee, who installed the kitchen, treated it like it was his own. Very pleased with the whole process and the outcome.

Samantha could not have been more encouraging, supportive and understanding as she guided us through the challenges of making bathroom design choices. She was patient, listened to our needs and helped us to make choices and alterations to absolutely suit our needs. Thank you!
