Customer service from Clive was absolutely outstanding, friendly and very helpful

I popped in the other day and was served by Jayne who was a lovely refreshing difference in service I normally receive in store.
She was friendly and actually spoke to me as a customer.
There are other members of staff in this store who seem to think casually talking over the headset to other staff while serving is appropriate.
Please have Jayne teach your staff customer service pointers such as saying “hello, thank you and goodbye”

Good choice of products. A very helpful, friendly young man - Clive - very patiently sorted out my inquiry about fitting new door furniture. He helped me with the appropriate fittings too. Many thanks.

I made a request for a home bathroom survey only 4 days ago, since then the review has taken place, and options for us to consider have been available. The proposed work appears to be very satisfactory for us and an order was placed. Our contact Adam Poile has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Have been purchasing products from Wickes for many years and probably spent thousands during that time. I recently purchased some goods from Wickes Wisbech and left my car in their car park whilst I visited other stores nearby. 2weeks later I receive a parking fine from G24 for £100 for exceeding my parking time limit! To say I am disgusted at this practice is an understatement. Yes there are warning signs but who is looking for them when many are 10’ up in the air and it’s raining hard. Managers within the store aren’t interested as “it’s nothing to do with them it’s another company”. Pull the other one, taken from the G24 website;

Just be careful if parking there otherwise your goods could cost more than you expected. I for one won’t be shopping there in the future.

We bought kitchen units with granite worktops for a large kitchen. James was great & was able to answer any questions, he looked after us very well.

Very helpful, very patient, helped me through the order, and a refund..

Rosie was very nice and polite. Offered trade account and some discount with that. Will be back

Hannah in the Wisbech store was most helpful in sorting a warranty replacement PIR light for me even though the old one was discontinued.

I use this Wickes every week for work materials. They usually always have what i need.
The staff are always welcoming and helpful when needed. Hannah usually serves me, she's always happy and easy to approach.
It would be handy if Wickes in general stocked more brands, Milwaukee for example. It's great that they're open until 8 unlike other building suppliers.

Called in today found everything I needed and was very pleased with the trade discount. Also jayne on the checkout very helpful and always polite as she always is.

As a property developer I find Wickes pricing sensible. The trade card gives a 10% discount and I don't have to haggle between multiple excuses builder merchants to get the best price.
The staff at Wisbech are always helpful and knowledgeable and upon reaching the til Jayne is there with a smiling face full of enthusiasm. She always asks if you found everything you needed before ringing up your purchases.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Hannah and her team) They provided our carpentry students with some fantastic prizes for their induction week competitions. They were very much appreciated by the staff and students at the college. A very kind gesture for a great cause at really short notice. Thank you Wickes Wisbech!

Terrible experience getting kitchen fitted took 6 months from start to finish, two fitters 1st one walked out the job and loads of deliveries of damage items we went to wickes wisbech, staff in store lovely but customer service and fitters no good

I replied to his private message and he never bothered to telephone me to resolve this.

Just shows you just how pathetic Wickes are.

So why Dylan did you send me a private message if you had no intention whatsoever of resolving this.

I am also confused with your reference to furniture ombudsman?

A JUST CAN NOT BE BOTHERD COMPANY.

DO NOT GIVE WICKES YOUR CUSTOM, THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.
