the designer Shane Read was totally brilliant, so helpful nothing was too much trouble even coming into the branch at the crack of dawn to see us to fit in with our timetable.

Jamie helped me with finding the right person to advise me on the correct paint required. This lady was extremely knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with, as was Jamie.
Paint Shopping! A chore that turned out with me smiling for the rest of the day, I will be looking forward to going again!

Kitchen design at Wickes Wisbech. Service and attention to detail provided by James Pintilie was second to none, absolutely amazing. Certainly knows his stuff. Would recommend James without hesitation.

Had my en suite done, absolutely awful, 7 months to complete, I would never recommend this company.
The customer service department is terrible, there’s no one to complain to, no empathy, no care.
All the items that was ordered takes over a week to come!!!! Then they’re damaged.

Rebuilding my shed and these guys usually have everything I need when I get the wood and Rosie was very helpful at checkout especially with explaining how to get 10% off

Came in today for a few things for a garden project. Was greeted by hannah, asking if I needed some help as I found some panels that had damage she offered to get some replacements from stock. Discussing what I would be doing I mentioned about some lighting, she was very quick to find all the details for several products for me and discuss the options to find something suitable for my needs!

I was served by a lovely young lady named Shania who was pleasant and helpful. So much so that when I realised I'd left my item behind and had to come back for it later in the evening she had it there waiting for me and hadn't put it back into stock! Thankyou Shania

I have been to the Wisbech store many times over the last few months as I’m renovating a bungalow and have bought loads of supplies there. Rosie has served us several times and is always helpful and friendly.

The assistant who helped me with my purchase and several mishaps gave outstanding, absolutely amazing customer service! Rosie assisted above and beyond to help me resolve several issues. Very grateful to have had such a great assistant.
