Very helpful staff
I went to Wickes in Wisbech on Saturday afternoon, I approached a member of staff to help me, his name is Clive, he went above and beyond to help me. My total spend was only £8.50, I was very impressed by the prices but above all by the helpfulness of Clive. Thank you.

Help by Jayden with loading heavy bags
I had 2 heavy bags of compost and Jayden a lovely young man put them into the boot of my car. He then put the trolley away for me. I appreciated his help.

I needed to load 50@ 20kg bags of topsoil on my van. Ash was most helpful bringing pallet to front of store and helping to load my van. And then refusing a drink

Customer service at its best
We went in to return an item, which was delt with very promptly and professionally. the lady at the till known as Jayne helped us. She was very polite. She was very informative and she told us about the discount that we can get with the membership card. She’s very helpful abd told us about the deals and what to look out for on our emails. we are very happy to return in the future, very rare nowadays to find retails old as friendly and as helpful as Jayne was with us easy five star ⭐️

Shania was great knew exactly where what I needed was even with my poor description,

Went in looking for wall plugs
Went in looking for wall plugs for a project, Clive was very helpful and talked me through the different options available and what would be the most suitable. Everyone was very friendly especially Hannah who served me at the till.

My experience at Wickes
A member of staff, Jayden, was incredibly helpful and patient in helping my mother and I fit large and long woods and plaster into our 7 seater. Additionally, the staff were very quick in helping us get a worktop from the tall shelves that required a forklift! It was cool seeing them work and the customer service was all around good, especially for such a busy time.
