I came in with a single screw for my electric wheelchair trying to find a replacement. I met Clive who couldn't have been more helpful! He not only helped me to find what I needed but also fixed my chair right there and then, his kindness helped with my confidence to ask for help.

Visited Wickes and asked Jayne about some doors I required for a project. She promptly guided to the area and spoke in great detail about the product. Very helpful and friendly 👍

I visited the Wisbech branch to purchase some block paving sand. The lady at the till ( I think her name was Jane ) was so cheerful and helpful who told me the exact aisle to go down. Jane also put my purchase through the till, and enlightened me to the other serves that Wickes provide. It makes a change to go into a store where the staff are friendly and helpful, She is a credit to your store.

Initially my experience was very mixed with some issues regarding planning and ordering.
From the second day of my installation the various issues were addressed by additional staff I was introduced to as the installation began to progress positively.
Positive responses from Hannah at the store, Mario my installation fitter and the delivery/installation team made things happen and a very successful experience was achieved in the end.

We were in store to get some paint. Clive was going to do a tester can for us but because the colour chosen was so light, he couldn’t make us one. Some of the paint was on a good offer if you purchased 2 cans. We only needed one of a particular colour but as we were going to be painting other rooms we were looking for other colours we had previously chosen. None of these colour were in the offer because they had to be mixed. Clive stayed with us helping to find a colour that would be closest in the hope we could benefit from the offer and even checked other outlets to see if we could purchase it ready mixed. Alas, we could not. Another colour we thought maybe close did not have a colour card and he went to great lengths to see if he could find any other stock of it. He offered us to look at Wickes own paint colours to help us achieve what we were after. I cannot fault his help, politeness, friendliness and patience while he was helping us. Although we only came out with one tin of paint and therefore no offer, we appreciated being treated the way we were by Clive. A real credit to the store.

I visited the Wisbech store and was given some very good advice by Harvey. He was very thorough and polite in explaining what was needed for me to mix a dulux paint in their store with an eggshell mixer to create a paint suitable to apply to kitchen cabinets. I was very pleased with the advice given to me and although I didn’t purchase the paint on this visit I wanted to be prepared for when I was ready to decorate my kitchen cupboards fully. I felt very reassured and excited to be able to get the dream colour paint for my kitchen revamp. Thanks again Harvey :)

Had such a great experience today at Wickes in Wisbech. Jayne was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. She made everything easy and was a real credit to the store. Amazing customer service, thank you Jayne!

Helpful members of staff, Clive assisted with loading trollies with building materials and loading the vehicle. All in all a positive and helpful service.

I generally find the staff here helpful, but today of note they were wonderful, particularly Jan who got me a plaster & cleaner as I pinched my finger putting a few bricks down on the counter. Something to learn I’ll wear gloves next time, a silly error. Thanks so much.

The service and help we received from James Pintilie in the Wisbech Wickes Kitchen and bathroom design department was and has been second to none, he was patient with us as we worked through changes to our design, he gave us valuable insight as to what would and what would not work (in his expert opinion). He was never pushing for just the sale, he wanted to make sure we got the design that was right for us. He then helped us work through different products to bring the design to reality and then through the challenges when our payment for the new bathroom was taken by the Wickes payment system but did not come off the invoice. He personally chased down managers and IT teams to find out what had happened, made sure he kept us informed and that Wickes prioritised the problem. Thank you so much for your help

Excellent Very good and helpful highly recommended

Good products as always but exceptional customer service from Jayne today ensured a return visit.

We wanted to fit out a laundry room and found kitchen units we liked at Wickes at Wisbech. We had support from James Pintile in the design team who went ‘above and beyond’ to help from start to finish including after sales. The design modelling was excellent to get a preview of the finished article. Delivery went smoothly and efficiently. All items were delivered on time with no damage. As competent DIYers we fitted the units ourselves, which was straight forward with no problems or shortages. During the project we identified another side panel was required and James organized supply and delivery, quickly and efficiently. Finally at the end of the project we had decided not to use one of the AluSplash panels we had bought, as it was unopened and undamaged James was able to organize the return and refund. The units are of a good quality and look great. What was also impressive is that all contact with Wickes staff was helpful and professional.
