Wickes - Truro Recensioni 

We visited the Truro store for inspiration for a new kitchen, the store was great and had a good selection of differing kitchens, colours and finishing touches on display. We arranged a free home consultation with Heather Rodgers who was absolutely fantastic from the outset, if we could score her 6 stars we would but can only score 5. Never before have we had such a personalised approach and service, nothing was too much trouble and she did everything in her power to help us keep our project on budget. Wickes were great with keeping us informed regarding delivery times and stock issues, helping us with alternatives to keep our plans moving quickly, 5 stars to Wickes and if we could score Heather more than 5 we would!! She is an absolutely fantastic asset to your team!!

Daniel Rowe was our design consultant as my Husband and me were looking at having our bath removed and replaced with a walk in shower. Could not fault him, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. He did a home visit to measure and see if bathroom was suitable for this. Went back to Wickes next day to see design which we agreed on. Items for shower were delivered on time. If at any time I had any questions, I phoned Wickes customer care team, they were brilliant.
Wayne Hawken did a home survey and work was done this month - July 28, 29 and 30th. Wayne and his Son went above and beyond installing our shower which me and my Husband are more than happy with - 'over the moon' with our shower. They did a fantastic job - 1st class workmanship; we would certainly recommend Wayne and Son, Daniel Rowe and last but not least Wickes.

Our kitchen designer (Leon Keung) went above and beyond, he could not have been more helpful if he tried.
We did not at any point feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions about our kitchen and he made us feel so welcome.
We brought our kitchen from Wickes in Truro Cornwall.

I had my kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes. Our designer was Heather Rodger’s (Truro branch) She is enthusiastic and has great ideas and advice .She really cares about her clients. She went to a lot of trouble to get a fitter who would best suit our needs.
Our fitter was Tony Palmer .He was very hard working & professional. The job was done on time and Tony cleared up and made sure we were happy with everything.I can honestly say ,the whole process was stress free thanks to Heather & Tony . We would definitely recommend them & Wickes .

I would NOT have any kitchen from wickes again ever,the cupboards are warped constantly don’t shut like they are supposed to…..You have a guy behind a keyboard telling you that your kitchen has been Mis used ….not under warranty when we have been told by others it still is…had Paul to fix cupboard doors numerous times because they drop easily ….absolute joke wickes go shove your kitchens where the sun does not shine……ombudsman here we come and everyone has a kettle and steam comes off it I do NOT make a @@@@@ habit of putting the kettle anywhere near cabinets you keyboard piece of garbage.So the guy that is behind the keyboard in an office doesn’t have a kettle???

Kitchen hasn't yet been fitted but me and husband have chosen/ordered our kitchen for our new home. Leon gave us great options of different things we could add, great designs, made things simple and explained it all well! I'm very indecisive and picky so was very patient with me. Made it a no brainer to choose the kitchen he designed. Very lovely person and experience! Gave us exactly what we wanted

Danny at the Truro branch was my designer for a full renovation of my kitchen and bathroom. We saw him in the showroom and he visited our property to do a survey. He was available throughout the process from start to finish and able to solve any issues that arose, in a timely and efficient manner. The kitchen was fitted by Mark who was able to slot us in immediately due to a cancellation. He then did a fantastic job of installing the kitchen. Shane coordinated the bathroom install, which was carried out to a high standard. Overall the experience I've had with Wickes is a very positive one and I would recommend them.

Jason at Wickes Truro made getting a new bathroom a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Very accomodating of changes and updates throughout. Always happy to talk to us in store and over the phone. The contractor Wayne and his team worked extremely hard and to a very high standard of finish. Wayne was happy to explain everything to us and was always contactable when not at the house. It looks even better than we had hoped. I would highly recommend using this service. Many thanks!

Our kitchen installer, Danny Trengrove, made the whole process stress free. Danny was organised and tidy, consulted with me on design ‘tweaks’ which made such a difference and was not phased by the uneven walls of an old building! The carpentry is just perfect and the kitchen looks amazing! Very happy.

I went to Wickes in Truro to get a price on a kitchen. I had got other prices and was really going to see if the units were nicer!! I got the perfect kitchen for a perfect price!!
I could not have got better service, help and deals anywhere. Leon, Ryan and Lynn are amazing! I am still dealing with them as my project is ongoing. I highly recommend and cannot fault the service!!

We visited Wickesi Truro to choose bathroom furniture and suchlike .First we saw a lady staff member who helped us immensely and she suggested to us a consultation with an advisor .The appointment.was made and we Danny who was excellent to say the least .He really went the extra mile with us .
We didn't feel rushed we took our time and he went through every single detail.
He even went and got sample worktops for us to choose and have a price comparison. He dida final home visit to measure us .We're delighted with the outcome .Thank you Danny

This is a review on the showroom staff and our fitter Danny only. This doesn’t include the Customer Experience Center who were by far, the worst experience we have ever had.

We went to our local Wickes in Truro and felt with Leon who was absolutely fantastic. We told him what we wanted, he came round and did a survey and got it spot on.
We had the install done by Danny and we must say, he was by far, the best, tidiest and fantastic installer we have ever had. Nothing was to much trouble and has dealt with everything for us.
Again, this doesn’t include the Customer Experience Center who were worse than useless, totally hopeless and patronising to boot.
If I was Wickes, I’d scrap that part altogether

Customer Service? I guy working from home eating crisps and watching telly who then occassionally decides to respond on 'Chat' with inane responses to a failed delivery effectively saying "nothing to do with me guv!" If Wickes could replicate the efficiency with which they take your money with actual delivery of their stocked products we'd all be happier.

Delivery window 11:00-15:00.... currently 18:07 and no tracking or updates. Disrespect and disdain towards customers thats for sure!

I'll add a comparable review for their chosen delivery contractors.... CitySprint, "ever heard of using a phone?" Turned up 18:45!!! Get a better scheduling mechanism in place that gives the drivers half a chance of making the time.

We would like to pay particular thanks to Jason Blyth who proved invaluable to the building of our new kitchen. Jason was at all times understanding and accommodating to our changes prior to the installation date. Our thanks to him and his colleagues at the Truro branch of Wickes.

When we called at the store we were met by a very polite lady who when we explained what we wanted introduced us to Danny Rowe who went through our options and arranged a visit to survey and measure our bathroom and a subsequent visit to store to see his design. He was very helpful with a couple of changes we requested, booking the installation date and booking our installer.
The bathroom was delivered on the day specified and in full a couple of days before installation.
Our installer Wayne Hawken and his son did the whole job plus a couple of extras we requested in 4 days flat, they left the bathroom tidy every evening and talked us through the job each day. All the old bathroom and waste was collected in the hippo bag a couple of days later.
During installation the installation team from Wickes were in regular contact making sure we were happy with it all.
A great experience from start to finish.

Last year we had a new kitchen from you and were guided seamlessly through the process by Heather Rogers.
Heather came to the house, talked through various design possibilities, offered superb expert advice and enabled us to consider many aspects we hadn’t previously thought about.

Heather then produced brilliant plans for us to look at.
After another visit to the store where Heather advised us with expert knowledge and a wonderfully friendly manner we chose and bought our kitchen.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Heathers customer service as well as her knowledge of products were five star!

We’ve requested Heather personally to help and advise us this year as we consider replacing our bathroom.
