Mateo Nelson, worked with me planning my bathroom and Kitchen. Throughout the planning phase he was curious at all times and provided all the details I required for a successful plan for both bathroom and Kitchen. I will strongly recommend Wickes to family and friends. Perfect.

Anna was absolutely fantastic, really helpful she designed my mums kitchen and was very knowledgable on what we could do and how our ideas would work - brilliant customer service I highly recommend getting her to design your room!!

Anna Lysic dealt with the planning of our new kitchen and her advice and knowledge were invaluable. She liaised with my fitter and some alterations were made to the plans, which were dealt with professionally. Easy to contact and extremely helpful. 10/10

The bathroom installation has been a complete disaster from start to finish. It was supposed to have been completed by the end of July and here we are, in January, with the work still not complete. The original installer submitted a completion statement on 19 August, despite the work not being complete, and didn't return. The designer and managers at the store didn't want to know. Customer services told us to deal with their legal department, who seemed more concerned with covering their colleagues' backs than with getting the bathroom finished. Eventually, in December, after countless broken promises and meaningless assurances, Wickes finally assigned a replacement installer to finish the job. That installer spent just one day at the property and did a shameful job (I wish I could post photographs of the workmanship), yet Wickes then declared the refurbishment complete and offered us £250 in lieu of having to fix the outstanding issues on condition we sign a non-disclosure agreement, which we refused. We have now instructed a solicitor and will not rest until the bathroom is finished to the standard that we expect and which Wickes promises in its marketing materials.

Recently visited many times as I was doing my house. Really happy with service provided by staff especially shakil. He was very helpful in all kinds of help I needed.

My large cluck and collect was ready, Keith and Kai helped me to my vehicle, assisted me in loading. Could not have been more helpful, in the pouring rain too.
I'm just outside of delivery postcode so it made it a great experience.
It is worth the 35 mile trip with that help, and absolute credit to Wickes.

Mateo has the patience of a Saint!
He listened (very important) to what I wanted and designed a beautiful kitchen for me.
On my second visit I wanted to change some of the units - all done with a smile!

Mateo - Swansea branch - was exceptionally patient with my mother during the two appointments she had to buy a new kitchen. He was incredibly helpful and took time to explain everything very clearly and more than once when required. He was charming and a pleasure to deal with.

Katie was brilliant from start to finish with the kitchen design through to completion. The kitchen looks amazing and I thoroughly recommend Wickes for kitchens.

I went into Wickes at Swansea this morning with a number of questions that I sought answers to, as well as advice regarding a walk-in shower. Katie answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help advise me using her knowledge of Wickes walk-in showers and how I might make the best use of my bathroom space without it costing the earth! I left feeling she had been amazingly helpful and I knew what needed to be done. Have always been a frequent visitor to Wickes. It's my go-to place for most things DIY. Thank you so much, Katie. Shocking this is the second time I've made an appointment with yourselves and took time away from.work to be here.

There was nobody turning up . I phoned the store fee times and as far as they where aware there was no cancellation and the design team was coming .

I will not be asking again . Also not one apology

We booked an appointment online. They came out and did the measurements, we said what we wanted and the budget we have.
We made a 2nd appointment to go down and pick what we wanted. The Design Kate did was exactly what we asked for. Everything was explained and made easy for us. The best customer experience we've ever had and we would recommend Kate to anyone. We're are looking forward to our new bathroom being fitted in March :)

Ann on the till was so friendly and helpful ,as were the 2 other men who went out of their way to find the best product for me.

First experience was not good, but after making a stressful draft order , we went back for a meeting with a different designer/ consultant called Katie, at the Swansea branch.
She absolutely restored our faith in Wickes and was totally amazing!! Efficient, quick, lovely and very professional,we knew we in safe hands. She went out of her way to look after us.
Wickes is lucky to have her and we hope this is recognised by management.
Another big shout out to the two customer service people I spoke to on the phone.They were also great too. The first one was cslled Leroy. He was reassuring, calm and a credit to the department, as was the second one but didn't take his name sorry.

Me and my partner made a kitchen at Wickes. The design was made by Katie Wells and we both found her just perfect. She understood our needs, she was professional, fast in answering to emails and helped us create a perfect kitchen design for us! Totally recommend her to anyone!
