Popped in early to buy kitchen units. Katie stopped to help us as she arrived in the store even before her start time for work which was amazing. She was very knowledgable, helpful and explained clearly. Bought the kitchen we needed within 30 minutes, albeit had done most of decision making beforehand. The best retail experience we have had in years.

We are at the start of our bathroom journey with Wickes but so far Katie, has been fantastic. From the moment Katie came to complete a house visit, to the numerous shop visits we did, she has been extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional. I'm not sure if we would have gone along with the order if it wasn't for Katie. She took the stress away and made our decisions as easy as possible. Katie is an absolute credit to Wickes.

Poor customer service here spent almost £500 on tiles to receive damaged tiles upon delivery. Requested a replacement from customer service who sent out the wrong shade number even after me sending them all details of the tiles. Went to exchange in store to find out the store was closed and not open as advertised! Rang the store whilst outside to be told there was nothing they could do! Needed the replacement that day they were not helpful at all! Quick enough to take your money but when it comes to resolving issues they are useless! Would not recommend purchasing tiles from here!

Very disappointed with Wickes after i purchased there own brand satin wood solvent paint along with skirting and architrave. I applied two coats as stated but it was still tacky the next day and had more of a glossy finish than satin. I tried to return the product but was told i had used it so couldn't. If it had dried properly and had a satin finish not a gloss finish i wouldn't have needed to return it. A very short sighted response from Wickes as i will never use them again after this level of customer service.

Had a bathroom design appointment with Anna, couldn’t recommend her enough she was so professional and showed us so many design options with loads of samples to make out decisions easier nothing was too much trouble for her. Awesome service.

Chris was so professional, his personal relation was top notch. He was so helpful and provided good advice, answered all query’s.

Had a kitchen appointment with Mateo. He was excellent! I gave him a scrap of paper with some very poor dimensions on and he worked things out for us brilliantly. He gave us a lot to think about and showed us ideas that never entered our head. I would definitely recommend his knowledge and expertise!

I could not find a a shade of pink paint i needed, and was walking out of store when a lovely polite female member of staff, Alex, offered to help and gave guidance on different shades, helping me choose and then mixed the colour in the machine, I was so grateful for her knowledge and kindness she chatted to me to me about my cake shed project, I left the store a very happy customer 😀

Thursday - Thank goodness for the K app. Who have paused any future payments until this has been resolved.

Wednesday and spend all day replying to 9 emails each asking 1 questions, on information they had already recieved. Now to be told that it needs to go to another dept 🙆‍♀️ I am totally baffled, and emotionally drained. Just collect the item and refund me . Lets see what today brings. I have contacted consumer rights and the CEO

Terrible service I recieved at the Swansea store. I returned an item to store within 5 days tbf for a full refund as it it stated clearly on their website within 30 days. I was told he couldnt refund me because I had purchased online. Which i couldn't understand however I give him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe the online system and store system maybe are not linked. I then asked for proof that I have left the £120 item at the store and I was told he could not provide me with one. 45mins later He wrote on a blank a4 sheet of paper which I would not accept as evidence that I had left the item in store and was entitled to a full refund. The second person I spoke to who worked on the kitchen design side spoke to me in a patronising manner, where I had to stop him and asked him to not speak to me like that. He then passed me on to a third person Kai who attempted to call customer services. Kai agreed I take the item home and he would ring me at 11am and arranged a free collection from my home address. Kai did not call and I am now on the third day and no one from Wickes has contacted me. The online service was simple and the delivery drivers were so professional and polite. I would highly not recommend Wickes.

The staff here are really helpful and very friendly. This is important in a large store with a lot of aisles. They always seem to go above and beyond, which is, unfortunately, frequently required. The main issue is stock management. I shop here perhaps five or six times a month. My routine is: look online for products, check prices (generally the best I can find) and branch stock level, then visit. This is where it can get frustrating. Quite often, when something looks to be in stock, it's nowhere to be found on the shelves. Most of the time it turns up in the warehouse or a cage somewhere, but now and again, and after several laps of the store, it fails to materialise. And I'm not talking about products with very low stock levels - the last few hunts involved products indicating 20-plus items.

This is either a management or stock system issue, but shouldn't detract from the work ethic and attitude of the staff. Billy was particularly helpful on the last few stock hunts; he simply wouldn't give up and didn't slope off to another task. (Did the Soudal Souda Bond ever turn up?)

Despite this, I remain a Wickes Swansea fan; for good quality core product, good prices and, more importantly, great staff.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Mateo for his knowledgeand help with with our kitchen. He listened attentively to our requirements and gave us excellent advice and had a great eye for detail.

Steve was friendly and helpful at the Carmarthen Road depot.Offered great advice on the products needed for my project.He directed us to the appropriate isle.Hopefully money well spent, certainly couldn't be described as cheap.

Quickly identified item & stock level in store. Brought items (bags of gravel) to cash desk & offered help loading into car.

Mateo is extremely knowledgeable and a great personality. The whole process of designing our ensuite was easy and very well explained. Would highly recommend.

Mateo always responded to phone calls and emails and executed what he promised to do. I would recommend Wicks.

I'd like to comment on Anna, she delt with us on selecting a kitchen. Have to say she was amazing, pointed out pitfalls, answered every question, made suggestions and had the patience of a saint! Anna was the ultimate professional throughout the whole experience. Well done Anna I would highly recommend you and hope that wicks appreciate your commitment to your job!

Prior to paying a deposit they couldn't have been more helpful, from the moment they took a 2k deposit off me they became horrendous. Fault after fault and a really useless customer service team!
Staff were rude and extremely unhelpful. Never again

We had a great experience designing the kitchen with Mateo at your Swansea store. He was very approachable and knowledgeable, and thorough in the design process while advising and taking into consideration of budget and our ideas. Very happy with the service. Thank you!

Was helped by a gentleman named John for screws and drill bit was so helpful and really went out of his way to help Swansea store the cashier I did not catch her name was polite and helpful also well done brilliant shopping experience
