Wickes - Stowmarket Recensioni 

I have recently bought a renovation property in Stowmarket and I have been into Wickes, honestly almost everyday since!!!
The service is always brilliant especially from Shane, everytime I go in I ask 100 questions and I always get all the help I need!
Whether its painting a wall, varnishing a floor or making a doggy door Shane has helped with all my problems.
I cannot recommend enough!

On 3rd October I went to Stowmarket Wickes to buy curtain poles and fitments. Sinead helped me greatly I couldn’t have done it without her she was I came home with everything I needed to do the job. Many thanks.

Alesha was great. She asked if we'd found what we were looking for. We couldn't find the goods, despite the web site saying the goods were in stock. Alesha then walked us to a different part of the store to show us where the products were. She was friendly, knowledgeable and personable later whilst serving at the checkout point. Unfortunately we had to return the product as not suitable. Again, the return process was made easy and it was nice that Alesha remembered us ! Good local service!

Sinead of Wicks of Stowmarket was very helpful going to great lengths to find the particular light bulbs I was looking for

Shane at the stowmarket store was very helpful.
Found what I was looking for and answered my questions.
Shane even carried my purchases out to my car for me.🙂

Went into Wickes and stood ( slightly bewildered) reading the aisle signs to see where to start looking.
Chap came over, asked if I needed help and took me straight to the product and talked through the options.
Thanks to him, a really easy experience.

We recently had our bathroom refurbished and an old airing cupboard converted into an additional cloakroom/toilet.

We had decided to use Wickes design and installation services following hearing good reports from other people we know who'd used them. The design was done by Crispin at Wickes in Stowmarket who was very friendly, helped us through the process, and produced a design we were very happy with.
We used the Wickes installation service as well and our installer, Tony, was meticulous and often went above and beyond throughout the process.
We now have an exceptional, showroom quality, bathroom and cloakroom and we couldn't be happier. We would highly recommend using Wickes Stowmarket to anyone.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Wickes Stowmarket! From the very first appointment, Crispin Easter made the whole design process enjoyable and stress-free. He has a brilliant eye for detail, listened to everything we wanted, and came up with fantastic ideas that really brought the kitchen to life.

The customer service has been outstanding from start to finish, nothing was ever too much trouble, and even the small hiccups along the way were resolved quickly and professionally.

Now that our kitchen is complete, we couldn’t be happier. The quality of the units is excellent, and the finished result has completely transformed our home. Huge thanks to Crispin for delivering such a positive experience, highly recommended!

Charleen couldn’t have helped us anymore than she did, she was amazing from the moment she noticed we was looking lost and confused until the moment we had left the store, she helped us find everything we needed to finish the job off. Everyone needs a Charleen in their store she was an absolute credit.

Abi Davidson was very accommodating during the design process of our new bathroom, showing us a great visualisation of the plans and offering suggestions to meet our needs. She assured us at every stage before we committed to placing the order and paying the deposit. Overall, great customer service from a capable design consultant.

Several times I rang my local Wickes store (Stowmarket) and Stuart Rivers always answered. He has been an amazing help he really knows he's stuff and products. Always polite, professional and made me feel nothing was too much and went the extra mile to help. I can't express how grateful I am and how lucky Stowmarket is to have Stuart at their local Wickes.

I cannot thank Becky and the team at Wickes in Stowmarket enough. They have donated sleepers for a school project which is so wonderful but also gave lots of advice on how to fix them.

Wickes support for our community project has been fantastic. They have provided a good quality sink for our community shed kitchen project. Huge thanks to Becky and the team at Stowmarket for supporting The Fressingfield Shed

Had great customer service from a kind chap called Charlie from the Stowmarket store. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

Was getting some bits delivered and my order came on 2 separate vans I was suprised by this but was pleased to receive contact from both couriers. Both were lovely and really helpful putting the items where I needed them.

From the moment I walked in to the store to the moment to putting my purchase in the boot of my car Shane couldn’t of been more helpful
