Aiyana went above and beyond to help me in store today. The paint colour I wanted was only available in kitchen paint… Aiyana helped me find a similar colour in a better product that meant I could colour drench the room - crown easy clean. Thank you 🤩

We needed help buying kitchen units. Aiyana is the one to ask for. Very polite and helpful. A good experience.

I came the the store at Stowmarket to buy some decorating stuff ,Abbie and Stuart were most helpful and very polite ,I would definitely recommend your store .thank you very much .

Such a fantastic team always helpful and the store is always so clean, staff are so friendly we go in now just for the fun laughs and the banter! Duty manager Charleen was amazing so friendly and took us around helping find everything we needed, then added bonus having the burger van in the carpark also.

We went to Wickes to get a new kitchen and bathroom and toilet we had Abi as our Design consultant she was excellent very knowledgeable about the products she went through the whole process and answered all of our questions she took time to tell us everything nothing was too much trouble cannot speak to highly of Abi Wickes are lucky to have her.

Had a wasted trip to Stowmarket. We went in for an appointment for some help with a new bathroom. But as we didn’t ask for a full refit they were not interested and told us it would be too expensive. We obviously didn’t look the part. Even though we could have been convinced to have a whole new bathroom. Big let down and now will go elsewhere

Stuart & Rhys helped myself and my bestfriend finding paint , they took the time to speak through different paints and were so kind and accommodating!! Would 100% recommend for any help or queries when trying to decorate you’re homes 💕

Came in on Saturday for a refund and was helped by Charlene who managed to sort it out very quickly, thank you for your help lovely happy staff at this store.

Had a great experience today at the Stowmarket store, my local.
Hosepipe ban forced me to purchase a watering can. After a bloke look I asked an assistant if there are any. Abbie sprung into action with a search outside and then checked her own phone for stock, finding only 1 in stock. Then followed a fab banter and search mission for the 1 in stock. Several minutes later Abbie was handing me the prize watering can. I was also served by Abbie so I can say I got the full customer service. Great service and definitely with a smile, which was much appreciated. Thanks A. Ie and all the best to you 🤗

Just awful, customer service means you have to prove how they have messed up, and still this isn’t enough. Don’t use these clowns, spend your money elsewhere.

i wanting to get some paint mixed up and unfortunately the machine had ran out of black colour the lady who was helping me named sinead popped out the back to see if they have any more left thankfully they did so she topped up the machine and of we went had a lovely conversation with her and also spoke about the solar system that wickes sell as i’m due to have my system updated and was having a shop around she was very helpful throughout the whole process and even helped sign me up to the wickes pro account as i’m a regular shopper at this branch and she mentioned it would help save some money over time i can’t thank her enough she was very happy to help and answered any questions i had

Wickes delivery for DIY materials has been excellent. A few bags of sand and some cement delivered to the door for four quid - money well spent! (Also delivery guy was most helpful.)

We were looking for a whole kitchen makeover, cabinets appliances, flooring and decorating,Abi at stowmarket wickes was absolutely fantastic helping us design the kitchen,she is amazing

Myself and my partner have always felt very welcome coming to this store, the staff are always very helpful and friendly and the shelves are always well stocked.

Today during our trip Shane went above and beyond to help us both, we are extremely grateful and hope to see him in the future. He is very understanding and down to earth and very good at his job!

We collected a gate yesterday morning on click and collect. Whilst in store we decided to buy a new latch and I had to purchase via click and collect as I didn’t have payment cards with me. Transaction was processed within seconds and we received service with a smile and a corny joke as an added bonus! 🤣. Great store. Clean and well organised.
