Eman is always helpful, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She is a fantastic employee to have and is a fine example of great customer service.

Had to return a Bosch Hedge Trimmer, staff were so good, extremely helpful and kind.
Martin the manager even went out of his way to collect a replacement at another store for us.

I went into store this weekend for some home DIY supplies and was served by Eman (Shipley Store) with a very delightful smile and demeanour at the checkout!

I've been helped by Tracy on numerous occasions. She always has a smile on her face and can't do enough to help you, no matter how big or small your need is. With her warm and friendly attitude, we always have a giggle.

He pushed my heavy trolley through the store and helped me find items and loaded the car

I have been doing my house up for 6months now and when I go into Wickes Shipley normally not knowing what I am looking for, there is a gentleman who always helps me. Today I found out his name is Trevor, he is brilliant and always friendly!

Had a couple of great experiences in-store over the past few days. I’m doing a project where I might need something more powerful than my combi-drill and looks at other options, such as SDS. Harris gave me some great insight into the benefits of getting an SDS and made me aware of the bit types and combinations I could use with it and what would and wouldn’t fit between an SDS and my combi. Great experience all round!

Served by young man called Harris, very pleasant helpful and chatty. Have met him a number of times always takes the time to have a casual chat as well as being knowledgeable. Thank you.

Visited the shipley branch for some plumbing bits and Trevor was kind enough to take the time to show me everything i needed to repair my tap. He also explained how to do it. He is a great guy with great stories! If im not in a rush i will always try to stop and have a chat with him if its not busy.
