Amazing service and information from Mike and Julie, definitely be back.

I had a very helpful member of staff and he really took his time to help me with something in store for a missing part in my kitchen.

I’ve redecorated my whole flat from this store and everyone has been amazing especially Andrea and Mike has also been so helpful and amazing

Needed to get my bathroom redone and shopped around for some quotes. Wickes offered an excellent price including installation which can be paid by 0% interest finance over 3 years.

Mr Love was my design consultant who came round for a site visit, measured everything and sat down and took notes of my ideas. Went back in 2 weeks later to see the design and was absolutely impressed. He took me through all the items that will be charged and also the rough timeline of the process. It’s been a delight to have such a talented person on the case and I cannot wait for the bathroom to be finished.

Item was delivered damaged, took to my local store, cashier/manager helped me with the issue with no questions - everyone very helpful and very satisfied with the outcome!

Julie was so helpful, sheJulie was so helpful, she went completely out her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Thanks Julie

Absolutely fantastic service today from Jaymes. He went above and beyond for us to get our decking boards. He was polite funny and professional and such a gentleman.

The friendliest shop . All the staff are so helpful especially Andrea, what a star 🌟.

The decking boards I wanted were showing in stock but weren't out on shop floor. Not a quick job to move huge pallets out safely but fantastic service from staff at Sheffield North, especially Michaela and Fanta, who went out of their way to help, found the stock and took time to help me select the ones I needed. Bank Holiday sale price was a bonus too.

I approached Wickes for community support for some materials to make village fete style games for my son's school PTA to use for fundraising.

Mike at Sheffield North took my call, gave me clear and prompt advice on what I needed to do and with just a few days Wickes had confirmed my application.

Mike arranged a convenient time for me to collect the £50 of materials they kindly donated and Phil at Sheffield North sorted things out when I collected at the store.

All in a great experience abd very generous of Wickes and Mike to support our school.

Been to visit Louis today to see our kitchen design . He did amazing . He explained everything and changed the design numerous times till we were happy . He also explained finance options to us . Had a brilliant experience, would definitely recommend

I have to say how lucky Wickes as a company are to have someone as special as Louie on your Team!
From day one in April coming to measure for our new kitchen, he has been amazing. Not only is he totally competent and dedicated to his job, he is absolutely spot on with customer care. He has listened to every word we have said we wanted and has the patience of a saint. No question unanswered and an honest answer if he thought he could find something better. Luckily for us he also had a sense of humor!
I really hope my Kitchen is as fantastic as the person who has helped us design it!

Thanks to a kind donation from Wickes, Willow Park School in Sheffield has received a brand-new storage unit, making a real difference for our pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The unit now provides quick and easy access to the equipment needed for our Forest Schools programme, helping our children engage more independently and confidently in outdoor learning.

A special shoutout goes to Mike Rawson, whose caring nature and excellent communication made the entire process smooth and supportive from start to finish. Mike and his team were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to ensure everything was just right for our pupils.

I had been needing to buy a lawnmower, and it hadn't occurred to me to try Wickes. I had a totally different experience from one of the other retailers where I was feeling overwhelmed with deciding what to buy, with no one about to ask for help, I had grumpily left and happened to drive past Wickes. Harry approached me in the shop, asking if I needed a hand. He advised on the best buy with the fact I am new to gardening and buying my first lawnmower with a medium sized garden. I was starting to get ahead of myself and thinking of buying a hedge trimmer and saw. He showed me some options and recommended I take a picture and have a look on their website. I had taken my dog (another bonus) into the shop so he went and grabbed me a trolley from outside and took my chosen purchase to the till, taking payment. These gestures make such a difference to your customer experience which are sometimes lost when you go to large stores. Wickes is definitely my first choice, from now on, after the great service I received from Harry. (I went with the Mowers
Flymo Speedi-Mo 360C Corded Rotary Lawn Mower which was reasonably priced. I found it straight forward to put together (I'm usually terrible with instructions) and felt most satisfied with my first cut of the grass!)

The staff and manager at the Sheffield North store have been fantastic. Recently applied for the Community Programme for some materials to make our community plot at the allotment site more accessible - Wickes/Sheffield North store have really helped us out and it will make a massive difference for us. Great customer service and will definitely be my DIY shop of choice for anything else.

Bought our fence panels from Wickes. Huge thank you to Mike who gave brilliant customer service. Some of the panels on display were slightly damaged, but Mike got us perfect panels from stock, and even offered to help us load them onto our van. Great work Mike.
