I would like to say a big thank you to Spencer for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through the different options and provided excellent advice to help me make the right decisions.
His approach was very reassuring, and he made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in their work.

Carla - Sheffield North you are a star
On arrival I asked Carla who was manning the till where a certain item was. Even though she directed me to straight to the aisle I couldn’t find the item. I went back to her and she immediately got cover for the till and took me straight to the item. Thank you Carla you were friendly, very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I highly recommend Wickes, Sheffield North for its excellent service.

Fantastic customer service from Julie at Wickes Sheffield North
I just wanted to leave a review for Julie at the Sheffield North store. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish — really friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed.
