Wickes - Redditch Recensioni 

Came into the Redditch store today and met one of the amazing staff members at Wickes. I didn’t even come in for a door, but I ended up buying three for my home. He went above and beyond to ensure that I knew what tools and materials I’d need to install the door myself.

Truly a once in a lifetime experience to meet an inspiring individual. Only strange thing is he kept telling me his name is Oden and ‘he was born to boil’.

After having a negative experience with an order of kitchen units and arriving missing items, the system for ordering being very one sided/rigid in terms of price breaks etc (I had bought an ex display kitchen and wanted one more unit to complete, but couldn’t get any muti buy discount).
The customer services not able to get through to the relevant team to remedy the situation of missing items from order. A ticket was submitted and I had to wait… this not only took me making follow up calls to sort, but put my contractor back for installation.

The staff in store should be able to order the part again when there is an issue and claim this back from head office on their time, not make a customer wait over a week ontop of the 5 day delivery time on both the original order and the subsequent follow up order for missing parts. The system needs improving no end.

However all that being said after Wickes get 0 star review, Abdul at Redditch branch offered 5 star service and went above and beyond to not only sort the issue once and for all, but to keep me in constant communication on the process and what was being done to make good of the deal.

I hope whoever needs to see this get the message back, Abdul you smashed it and turned my experience from a negative one to a positive one. You single handedly saved Wickes a negative review.

We all make mistakes and not everything is right first time, but that’s when it really matters to ensure a customer focused approach.

Had a kitchen from them, Abbie sorted the order at Wickes Redditch, I'm quite particular design wise and loved how she worked with me, not 'against' or taking over, as some designers do. Great service from start to finish, she even came and inspected the finished item today. Lovely units, fabulous value, great fitter, even got 0% I couldn't be happier if I tried (especially after an awful experience with Wren) Really is a top kitchen at a great price. Thanks so much Wickes and especially Abbie (and fitter Ludwig!)

Had a design done by Abbie Moxon @ the Redditch Worcestershire store. From start to finish she was excellent. The bathroom is now completed and to say I'm over the moon is a understatement. Abbie is very professional and i would highly recommend.

Did a click and collect today found the staff on the desk completely useless and as dim as could be

I visited wickes in Redditch on Saturday the 7th. I was like a deer in headlights searching for what I needed. Thankfully Joanne came to my rescue. She's a credit to the store.

Popped into the Redditch store and loved how much better it looked after a recent refurb. I needed help from a member of staff and Jo was a delight and asked if she could assist me. She went out of her way to help sort me out and get me on my way. She was very helpful, friendly and there should be more of her.

I recently ordered a kitchen through Wickes and worked with Conrad S on the design and costings. He is based at Redditch and was the most helpful, honest, hard working, and pleasant person to work with. From the initial site survey to working through the options in the shop, I could not be happier. I highly recommend Conrad for anyone that wants a new kitchen and does not want to pay the earth for it. We haven’t had it fitted yet, but working with Conrad means that I am confident that there will be no issues that he cannot assist quickly to resolve. Highly recommended.

We went into the Redditch store Sunday 8th June to look at the kitchen range, to be used for a media unit. We were served by Sarah who went above and beyond to enable us to achieve the design we wanted. We needed to sort and purchase the units on the day and Sarah made everything so easy, thank you Sarah 😀

I would like to thank Elisabeta, the DC at wickes in Redditch for helping me achieving the kitchen I wanted. She was extremely helpful in advising the colours and the ranges. I couldn't recommend her enough!

the WORST customer experience ever. Brought some tiles online for delivery in march. Got told to refuse delivery as i didnt want them anymore but have been going pillar to post since keep getting fobbed off by their south africian call centre 'ascensos'.
If you have to deal with these guys forget it next to useless.
Still waiting for an answer & refund but had enough so taking them to court.
Ridiculous that wickes are willing to lose a lot of future business from me (as a trade) for less than £300. Well they have to pay for their new look stores some how

We love our new kitchen from Wickes! Our designer Abbie was brilliant, listening to our needs as a busy family and balancing this with the modern, organised look that we wanted. She also helped us with appliances, flooring and tiles to complete the look.

We went into store today trying get to find an item, upon searching ourselves and failing to find the item for some time, we asked one of the workers, his name was Dean, it was only his 3rd day working for wickes and he was extremely helpful, thanks Dean 👍🏻👌🏻

Great service everyone was helpful and friendly. Tom sorted what I needed very quickly.

Mo was a great person and had great communication and understanding of what are vision is and making it come to life

After incorrectly ordering a product through click and collect. It was a day or two later it was wrong and by then I had lost the order number. I phoned and Becky was able to retrieve it and so I was able to go and swop it for correct size . Thanks to Becky going way out of her way to help I was able to finish my job quickly. All the staff was so friendly, but Becky is a credit to wickes . Many thanks Martin

Millie, absolutely brilliant, what a star, very professional and saved me a few £’s. Seen her dealing with a very awkward customer a few days earlier at the till on a prior visit, she dealt with his issue very well, although l would say he was in the wrong.
If Wickes has an employee recognition scheme, she should be rewarded. No, l am not a family member.

Extremely grateful to Fin for helping me with colour matching and mixing today, I was initially told that there was no one in store who could mix the paints, then Fin saved the day and even helped carry paints to the car. Thank you Fin!
