went into wickes looking for bathroom materials and Elliot was very knowledgeable, helpful and great manners
will seek him out next time I go in there for more help and advise

I needed advice on some wall fixings & asked a man in there that at the time was wearing a headset (possibly working on click & collect) & he was only too happy to help me . He gave me time to explain what my project was & the wall I was using & showed me all the different bolts & what he would personally reccomend .
He didn’t rush & was polite & if I need to go to wocks rayleigh again I will be looking for the same man Becuase he was so helpful.

5 Stars – Exceptional Service from Leo at Wickes Rayleigh

I visited Wickes in Rayleigh to buy some furniture renovation products after watching a reel on social media. I had made a list but wasn’t very familiar with the items, so I felt a bit lost in the aisle.

That’s when Leo, a member of staff, kindly approached and asked if I needed help. I handed him my list, and to my surprise, he took my trolley and personally walked me through the store. He found every product on the list, explained their uses in detail, and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable.

Leo truly went above and beyond. His helpfulness and genuine care completely changed my shopping experience. What a breath of fresh air to find someone so dedicated and professional.

Because of Leo, I’ll absolutely be returning to the Rayleigh store. He’s a real asset to Wickes. Well done.

So incompetent they can't even do a complaint correctly!

We went to this dreadful company to start a kitchen in Oct 24 its now May 25 and STILL don't have a finished kitchen. They lie, they don't respond to complaints and hire dreadful incompetent workman who either don't show up, leave early or generally just screw up. The staff then LIE saying items will be delivered knowing full well they are not in stock.

Avoid at all costs, your better off taking your money and throwing down a hole. Dreadful company with zero customer service, who will LIE to your face and deny there was ever a issue.

I recently purchased a bespoke Tiverton kitchen from wickes, which we are very happy with. Our designer Leanne Lake was very professional and made my wife and I feel totally at ease. Leanne’s communication and attention to detail was exceptional and she made the effort to arrange the check measure around us offering an evening visit. She also offered support if I required it as I was fitting the kitchen myself. Overall process from start to finish was punctual and all dates offered by the delivery team and worktop team were honoured. The delivery team were very professional and meticulous with their handling of the materials and the checking off of the delivery note. I didn’t have any missing items either! Overall finish and materials appear to be good quality also. I’d definitely recommend Wickes bespoke kitchens.

Ordered a bathroom installation and having issues now where my old bathroom has not been collected as agreed with Wickes. It’s blocking my drive and causing litter issues.

Wickes seem to be confused about what to do slash their Hippo waste removal supplier is very unreliable.

Have escalated. Nothing seems to be moving quick. I am hoping Wickes can fix this before I update my review. Not what I expected by using Wickes.

After having our last Wickes kitchen for over 22years we decided to go back to Wickes to replace it.

We met Albin in store who came to measure and design, he was really helpful and patient with our small changes and questions.

When we were happy with his design and the kitchen was ordered we were kept informed throughout by our customer experience Co-ordinator.

The delivery on a Friday was on time and complete ready for the fitters on the Monday, Dimentions Ltd. (Nehat & Team) who were professional, clean and tidy workers who kept us informed daily with progress,
Nehat takes great pride in his work and has put together our amazing new kitchen to a high standard.

From the design to the completion based on our experience we are very happy and would recommend all services.

Excellent service from start to finish from the Rayleigh based Wickes design consultant, Albin Abraham. He was very competent and patient and his tips and ideas allowed us to maximise the design of or kitchen , fully utilising the space available. Once agreed the project was checked and the allocated fitter , Jasen Edwards came and reviewed the design. The kitchen was delivered prior to work commencing and we were kept informed by the Customer Service team throughout. The install was completed to a very high level and I must congratulate Jasen on his work and level of professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend Wickes kitchens to anyone based on our experience.

Delivery service very poor , cancels your order and difficult to contact them . Going round in circles . This has messed up my builders who are currently doing work . Once they get your money they don’t care. I feel like asking for a refund

Jason Rhodes was extremely helpful in planning our bathroom project. From the get-go he was attentive to our needs and very polite and respectful. We thank him for this and we would not hesitate to contact him again on any future project that we need. Thanks personally Jason.

My husband and I visited the store in January.
We booked to have Leanne Lake visit our home to help advise on our new bathroom. The following week we were in the store where Leanne had created our perfect
bathroom. It was exactly what we wanted and amazing to see it on a 3d virtual tour. Leanne was very knowledgeable on all aspects of what would be involved in our bathroom being completlely transformed. We are really excited for the transformation in the coming moths.

Josh from JC Renovations was absolutely outstanding, his attention to detail & hard work ethic were a breath of fresh air. He delivered an amazing transformation within the timeframe he had quoted.

We are very happy with the finished bathroom renovation which was quite an in-depth renovation & re-model.
