We purchased a kitchen with julie Johnson from start to finish she was fantastic, really helpful, and put us at ease with the whole designing process, every uncertainty we had she advised us or options, she gave us so much good advice and she has some much knowledge about kitchen's , We would highly recommend julie to anyone wanting to purchase a kitchen from wickes. First Class Servce.

Rebecca and Iain were very helpful. They took their time deal with all my queries on the different types of paints and colours I was looking for. They helped me get some real good deals on the paint I wanted as it was on offer and alot cheaper than B&Q. Their customer service was exceptional and I would definitely visit this store again as it was my first time in this store travelling from Rochdale.

I went into wicks oldham, to look at the kitchens. I was approached by a a member of staff, she introduced herself ( julie johnson) she made me feel comfortable with the kitchen i chose i made an appointment to have a design, it was just what i had in my mind, i loved it thank you would have ordered from her but my house sale fell through, i will be back

Very happy with the service Julie Johnson provided when I was looking for a new kitchen. Came to the house to measure up and designed a kitchen which I was very satisfied with. Good knowledge and service all round.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, with a good range of quality products at a good price.

I visited the Oldham store as it was closing today, feeling very stressed, but Ryan completely turned my day around. He was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I felt comfortable with my choices. His friendly manner and genuine care made me leave feeling upbeat and positive. Ryan is an absolute credit to the company, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service he provided.

We usually use the delivery service out of the Bury branch, but needed a piece of coving at short notice for one of our properties. The coving I needed was on the racking, but the manager went above and beyond to ensure we went home happy. Great job and thank you.

At Oldham Wickes they are very helpful and kind I had a heart bypass and they seen me struggling lifting 10liter paint up and came to help me and put it in my car for me thank you ☺️☺️

The store had what I needed at a better price than competition. There was some minor issues because the store was being changed around internally. However tracy was there to help and finding our products in the holding area.

1 star and that is to much missing part wrong items delivered even delivered to wrong house parts lest on top of someone's bin what a joke staged Wren kitchens off should of gone there payed £10.000 for a kitchen June 14th still waiting for right parts to come nearly 5 weeks on wicket kitchen what a joke

I recently visited your store to purchase some tiles for my kitchen. I had a style in mind that I wanted as I'm going for the country cottage kitchen look. I was approached by a staff member, Ryan, who helped me decide which would be best for what I was looking for. He helped me every step of the way even going above and beyond to take them to my car after putting through my purchase at the tills. Excellent customer service!

I went into wickes on Friday was struggling to find what I needed then a young man named Ryan directed me to the right area he was very helpful and approachable. With also the best smile !

Gemma who served me today is brilliant, always cheerful and banter.

A member of staff, Simon, went above and beyond to help me find the paint colour I wanted, he collected it from another store for me. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

We ordered a kitchen from Wickes - for us it was pretty pricey (around the £5,000 range)

Three things went wrong.
1. They failed to design the kitchen with enough units. Meaning we had to last minute go and buy an extra unit.

2. The renders we approved failed to highlight or show the irregular gap between one side of the extractor fan and the units. When you're spending the best part of 5k - this should have been highlighted in the renders.

3. They added unnecessary items to the order that weren't needed, and then rejected to provide a refund for the items they decided to add to the order - as it was over 30 days since we ordered and fitted the kitchen.

I'm generally quite relaxed with minor issues. But this is Wickes and we paid £5k for a kitchen. At £5k I expect everything to be flawless. And the fact they won't refund items that weren't needed is disgusting behaviour for such a big company.

I actually work in refurbing properties. I ordered a Selco Kitchen for a fifth of the price and they even offered a refund on some unnecessary items 1 whole year after I actually bought the kitchen.

Companies need to learn how to treat customers. I for one have ordered my last Wickes Kitchen.

All we wanted was a refund on the unopened and undamaged items that they decided we needed. It seems Wickes doesn't seem to have any people with a brain that understands common sense.
