We couldn’t thank Tanya in the Oldham store enough! She was amazing throughout our whole experience, very knowledgeable and attentive. She made our experience very easy and gave us some fab hints and tips! I would 100% recommend Tanya!

I bought a kitchen in Wickes Oldham. Tanya was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Was served by nico and she was very helpful in finding just what we needed.
She was cheerful, polite and nothing was too much trouble for her. I would highly recommend wickes.

She help me with all our questions promptly. Her manners are also very nice and kind which made me more comfortable explaining my problems

Drove from Leeds to collect a large amount of flooring, Gemma was super helpful from arranging the stock on the phone and once we arrived helping us load the car. Thank you wickes!

Another good delivery and product from Wickes

My Wife and I went to Wickes searching for a new kitchen. We were lucky enough to meet a Mrs Julie Johnson who helped us pick and design the kitchen. She helped later on with a slight problem that was of my doing but we wont mention that ha. Throughout the whole process Julie and colleagues were more than happy to help. I give them 5 stars because your star rating doesn't go any higher. A great big thankyou to Wickes and team also the great kitchen appliances.

Spoke to a member of staff called Arun very helpful and knowledgeable, it makes a big difference when staff willing to help

What an Experience! It’s about time they had staff that cared. Entered Oldham store was greeted by the lady that served me the night before. I approached the counter to return a 5L tub paint. The young colleague very vibrant, Happy and cheerful goes by the name of Nico, Polite and even cared about my project at home, I got some good tips and got the best cheap rollers I could to Finnish my room. A wonderful experience after a long days work posting . Thank you. You should be proud of your staff member going above and beyond.

Nico was very welcoming and helpful dropping what ever they were doing to ensure I found what i was looking for

Oldham branch - disappointing! I booked a home visit with so called Design Consultant (wont mention name) only for this person to contact me a day before with patronizing and no interest to come out and to advise on design etc tc to say you 'looking at 8k was this something you have considered?' Yes I have and would of appreciate if you were more enthusiastic about this, after all I was looking to refurbish full bathroom. I am glad other companies are willing to come out work with me and find the best solution for my bathroom.

Julie arrived on time and worked very efficiently measuring our kitchen and dining room and answered my (many) questions. I’m looking forward to visiting the store to see the 3D plan.

Very disappointed with Wickes.
They supplied items for our kitchen, but one item was missing, and we were still charged the full amount. Despite contacting them two or three times, they never replaced the missing item, never refunded us, and never offered any compensation. Instead, they just kept making excuses.

On top of this, the quality of the items is poor — they are not durable, not well made, and not worth the price. The company is clearly overrated and overpriced for what you actually receive. The employees were also not helpful and did nothing to properly resolve the issue.

Overall, this has been a very bad experience. They don’t deliver the right items, the products are low quality, and the customer service is just as bad. I would not recommend Wickes at all. Very unhappy and extremely disappointed.

Haroon was absolutely amazing helped me from start to finish and that kind off help is hard to find in a place like this since everyone is very busy, but he gave us his full attention and got the job done!
Give him a RAISE!

Sat in waiting for the home bathroom design appointment I'd booked. Had both email and text confirmations of date and time. Nobody showed up and nobody called/emailed/text to inform me.
Cheers guys, great use of my time. Will now obviously go elsewhere.

Julie was very professional,easy to deal with and knew her stuff.Highly recommended
