Can't thank Jake enough for the effort he put into designing our kitchen. Jake kept our budget in mind, and designed our dream kitchen.

The new bathroom we had fitted was for my elderly, partially sighted Dad so I wanted to find someone I could completely trust. Jake was very helpful and visited my Dads house as well as us going into the store twice so we felt the design and choosing the products was good as we had plenty of time to think about what we wanted and could see samples in store.
The installer Declan was brilliant, he was very good with my Dad and a perfectionist with his work. He did an excellent job!

I worked with Jake Marriott-Rust on the kitchen design. He helped me identify the best products and designs for my space. He carefully took me through all the steps in the process and when I needed to make changes or additions he suggested them. The kitchen was delivered on time the delivery drivers were helpful. The fitting is really good and the kitchen fitter has worked with me to ensure everything has come out to standard. While it has not been cheap to install, it’s been quite costly I am pleased overall.

Pretty stress free from start to finish. Wickes designer and installer were professional throughout the process. We really felt that our needs, wishes and preferences were paramount to them. Deliveries happened when they said they would. We were kept informed and in the loop every step of the way. The process was finely tuned and efficient backed up by a responsive customer service team. Renovation can be disruptive and stressful but Wickes mitigates this. They are experts in their field when it comes to design, quality and installation. We would highly recommend approaching Wickes if you are thinking of renovating or updating your bathroom or kitchen.

Had a kitchen designed by Jake from the Daybrook Nottingham store. He explained everything to us and we were happy with the design, ordering and delivery. Sean from Parker Kitchen & Joinery Specialists did the installation. He was very professional and so hard working. Sean explained everything what was being done and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. He left everything clean and tidy and showed us how everything worked. His work is second to none and we are so happy with the finished kitchen. Massive thanks Sean

Met Jake several times for a full design of two bathrooms and a kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed the process of selecting products, exploring different ideas, and getting his view on what would work best for the space. He's highly professional, friendly, and patient. If you're looking to renovate, I have no hesitation in recommending Jake to make the process a lot more straightforward!

Rachel was amazing!
Friendly, welcoming and knew her stuff ! She got back to me for every query. Wickes timings were lengthly and then no door handles!!! so bit frustrating. But the fit was excellent and I love my kitchen 😊

I needed some paint mixing to match a Farrow and Ball shade asap. The service from Michelle was outstanding - as the paint sample I had was slightly too small to sample, she suggested that she could use some paint from my (almost) empty can to create a larger sample to ensure a good colour match. Result - one very happy customer on a really hot day!

We went to the wicks in daybook arnold nottingham we went to look at the flooring i am disabled and cannot walk far at all so I use the small shopping trolleys they are small and just right for helping me get round with problems I have walking we went in store and I could not find a trolley I did see a few people walking around with the small trolleys I asked one of the staff who said you can not use them they are for staff only my wife went to an empty one and the member of staff said you are not allowed to use the trolly and took it off her she said it was for me and he took it off her and walked off he did not say he was sorry or anything we had to get a big one I could not even move it these called freindly staff jus ignored us I am 74 got diabetes got a metal bar in my leg down to my knee cap which is also metal I have osteoporosis which is weakening of my bones they can break so easy it's frightening when I am out with my wife she is my carer it upset her I broke my hip 2 years ago because my bones in my hip gave way I was in the hospital for 3 weeks I had to have a new hip made then learn to walk again just like a child I will say I will not be going into wicks ever again to be treated like that again they should put a sign on the door disabled people be aware of the very unhelpfully staff ? Not even a smile or offer off help never again

Rachel was a super salesperson from start to finish. She designed the kitchen, checked in on installation progress and popped around after completion to ensure full satisfaction. She is a star and a real asset to the Wickes team and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

We got our kitchen designed and installed. We had a tight budget but Sarmed was an excellent support, he helped us through the whole process from picking out the doors, the design to helping us choose the appliances. He made the process so much easier. We were really happy with the results. There were so many options and we had full control of the design. We would recommend his assistant to anyone looking to create their dream kitchen. Thank you!

Sarmed was brilliant in assisting me with my new bathroom. Really helpful and had some great ideas which have brought my bathroom to life. Despite being new to bathroom renovations he was patient and helped me as much as he could.

We visited Wickes Mansfield Rd(Daybrook)for a shower room design and by the end of the day we were satisfied with the services from Jake Marriott-Rust.This gentleman goes an extra mile to represent his employer by explaining every aspect of our shower room selection.Jake is very knowledgeable about the products he was selling us and explained all various promotions for us to benefit.We had quotes from from B&Q and Wickes but in the end Jake's recommendations left no doubt Wickes was a better choice if not best.Thank you Jake and we hope to be back for future assistance as we continue to improve our newly bought home.HERBERT

Rachel briggs was our bathroom design consultant. From the initial design appt to ordering the bathroom we found rachel to be very knowledgeable and helpful and never pushy. Everything went smoothly with delivery. We had our fitter and there were no problems with any of the order. Thanks rachel

It’s not very often that I can say that I have no words, but today I am going to say I don’t. I am struggling to find them. To reflect the time, patience and knowledge shown to me.

I have met with Sarmed on more than one occasion and each time I went away feeling that my kitchen was well and truly in the making. Sarmed took the time to listen to my wants and needs. Trust me I had a lot of wants.
The changes being made was accepted with the same ethic as the first.

I have walked away today knowing that my new kitchen/ dream is in good hands. I cannot wait for the first family event in my new kitchen.

Jake was very courteous and helpful from the start. He listened to me and was aware that this was my first experience of designing a bathroom. It was very helpful to have my own screeen to see everything that he was suggesting. His own catalogue was clearly indexed so he could find items easily and enable me to see them too. He made very helpful suggestions and showed me everything which he proposed to put in. He offered alternatives and the end result was really what I would have wanted. At no point did he try to encourage me to have something that I did not want. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jake to anyone who needed good and clear advice and they can be assured that he would be very respectful of their ideas.

Had an excellent experience at wickes when choosing a bathroom, made easy with Sarmed helped us through every stage with his knowledge , he was always very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made the experience excellent.
