Visited wickes Mansfield road Daybrook Nottingham and I was helped by Kate on the kitchens and bathroom section she was very helpful with what I needed and spent time to help me thank you

Was served by tracey who helped me look for some paint. When we couldnt find it she proceeded to look in the back where it was stored.

She was pleasant and helpful and a great assest to the team.

As a female novice DIYer I always find the staff here so helpful and friendly. It’s far from intimidating for someone who more often than not, doesn’t know what they’re doing.
Having approachable (and knowledgeable) staff is an asset and this is the reason I use this store. Special thanks to Tracey today for her positive attitude and genuine smile! 😃

I delivered stock to Nottingham North branch and I was met by very friendly staff, beginning with yardman Ben K. and other lady I don't know the name of. When I was let in to use a toilet I walked by another friendly lady carrying stock and another one by the till. I wish all customer experience was so smiley like this one. Keep it up.

I go to this wickes very often to pick up supplies for house renovations. The staff will always point me in the right direction of what I need and the best way to go about it. From working in customer service myself I recognise how good they are.
Last time I was in, Tracey went above and beyond. her and the team looked through newly come in pallets to find me my product. She is always kind and welcoming each time I come in, will always ask how I am and how the renovations are going. Absolute star and the same goes for the rest of the team that works there.

I went in the store as my local store didnt have what i was desperately looking for but i did get it due to Tracey and Mark being very helpful and they do truly represent what wickes and great customer service is all about .

As part of the Wickes Community Programme, we received a donation of 10 bags of gravel & a roll of weed membrane to help refresh our community centre entrance from this store. The manager was lovely, helpful & prompt in responding to queries and staff were very helpful upon collection of the items.

Hats off to Jodie and Lewis at your Nottingham North Store. We are renovating our home which has necessitated several trips to your store across an extensive array of your products. Each time Lewis and/or Jodie are on shift they are well informed answering all queries and questions we have had about both products and services. They present a curious enquiry approach to our DIY issues and excellent problem solving skills. They are courteous at all times and both efficient and highly effective in all communications to the extent that we now prioritise buying from yourselves rather than your market competitors. Indeed we were so impressed by their consistent welcoming work ethic that WE asked for their names in order to be able to write a review.

Amazing experience. Wonderful support from wickes. They donated 10 bags of bark for our schools and some scrap pallets that we intend to use to make dens. Tanya was very helpful and has offered to support us with more scraps inbthe future. We are very greatful. Thank you so much 😊

We recently purchased our beautiful sage green kitchen from Wickes, and the entire experience was made exceptional by Rachael.

From the very first design appointment through to the purchase itself—and even afterwards—Rachael went above and beyond at every stage. She was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping us create the right kitchen for our home. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really sets Rachael apart, though, is her personality. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with: warm, funny, down-to-earth and outright hilarious. Buying a kitchen can be a daunting process, but she made it seamless from start to finish.

Customer service of this calibre is increasingly rare, and Wickes should know they have a real asset in Rachael. She represents the company brilliantly and deserves to be recognised for the value she brings to both customers and colleagues alike.

One final observation for Wickes management: if you’ve got team members as wonderful as Rachael looking after your customers, then for goodness’ sake, get them all some better coffee! Rachael, the rest of your staff, and us, your customers are worth considerably more than whatever that “intriguing-tasting” brew is supposed to be. Consider it an investment in morale.

We have recently purchased a kitchen and had it installed by Wickes Nottingham North. when first going to the store we were introduced to to kitchen design consultant Rachel Briggs, Rachel could not have been more helpful nothing being to much trouble. She paid us a home visit to discuss our requirements and within a few day came up with two designs each meeting our needs. We then purchased our kitchen.
Our kitchen was fitted by Mr Craig Harwood and his son Craig, again nothing was to much trouble. The quality of their work has to be seen to be believed, true craftsmen. Throughout the installation Rachel kept in touch with us to ensure things ran smoothly.
We now have beautiful Kitchen that meets all our requirements of witch we are most proud, we could not have had better service from start to finish

Stuart from the Nottingham North branch came out to measure, and design a kitchen for us. From the minute he introduced himself, he made us feel at ease.
Totally changing the configuration of the kitchen, he was very informative, and gave us ideas and options to consider.
Visiting the store to see the ranges available, Stuart took the time to go into detail about the differing quality and pricing of ones we were interested in.
He then helped us to choose the worktops, by patiently showing us how different designs looked alongside the cabinet doors.
Sitting down to see the kitchen 'come to life' on the screen was really exciting. Once again, Stuart spent time listening to our questions, and making amendments for us.
When we made our final decision, he went through everything again to make sure we were happy before placing the order.
The whole process from measuring and design, through to payment was made in a friendly and easy manner. We would definitely recommend using Wickes to family and friends.
All in all, perfect customer service.
