We were allocated Shanel to redesign our kitchen and utility room. She was friendly, professional and always welcomed us with a coffee for our appointments. When she first visited us to measure up she was able to suggest options taking into account our overall vision for the major project which included removal of a structural wall. Throughout the project she was keen to check on how it was progressing, visiting us on several occasions and offering advice on items we were unsure about.
Shanel recommended Adam of Orca Projects to manage the whole project who was an ideal match for us, with his professionalism and attention to detail. His whole team were hardworking, trustworthy, professional and considerate. We were so lucky to have Shanel, Adam and his team with us from start to finish creating our dream kitchen which has totally transformed our day to day lifestyle.

On visiting wicks. I knew what I wanted . But spotted some reduced items that would be handy.
When I got to the till I was encouraged to open a trade account which I had always put off. But becky made it pleasant and easy.

Walked into Wickes feeling really ‘meh’ after a shite day at work. Gemma see me and we ended up having a bit of banter. Left the store feeling great!

Sales assistant Gemma was brilliant. I needed some string of a specific type and Gemma enthusiastically showed me around the store to see all available options. Ironically I'd gone to Screwfix to find what I wanted was out of stock so dropped in to Wickes Martlesham and glad I did. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Thank you.

Wickes at Martlesham Heath has become my first choice for most things DIY. I like that it's like the 'old days' when you'd go to the local builders merchants and you knew everyone and they knew you. Saw Gemma a couple of days ago to get some paint mixed and had a friendly chat whilst waiting for the machine to do It's thing!
