Wickes - Martlesham Heath Recensioni 

I had bought a bathroom door handle and a sashlock latch. Unfortunately the latch lock had to be reversed to fit in my bathroom. I struggled to open the backcase so I returned to the store. The same man who helped me choose the correct handle and lock, Matt Snowdon, told me that he would help me. He reversed the lock for me whilst I waited and I'm now pleased to say that my bathroom handle and lock are fitted and fully serviceable. Many thanks to Matt for his excellent customer service. I am very grateful.

What an absolute breath of fresh air to be served by the super friendly and efficient Gemma. She really stands out from the 'norm' as genuinely wanting to make your day a little better and your experience of shopping at Wickes positive.

I was struggling to find some specific sized gate hinges in the Wickes Martlesham store until I was helped by Gemma. She quickly pointed me to the correct area of the correct aisle where I was able to find exactly what I needed. Thanks for the great customer service & for having the items I needed

Felt that the member of staff I spoke to for help was absolutely great. Really friendly, knowledgeable and went out of the way to help. Thank you Chris - great service. Also the lovely man who helped me carry everything to the van was so kind too. Forgot his name but he talked about joining the navy. He really helped by loading everything. Gemma was excellent when handling my refund

The level of service at this store is quite simply extrodinary (in a good way!)from shop floor all the way through to Management, they go above and beyond helping customers, from trivial finding items queries to more complex problems of having a missing part sent out within minustes of reporting, being hand delivered by a staff member who was coming closest to my out in the sticks location! Spoke to Wickes Mgr who had the ability to quickly think outside of the box and provide his customer with an on the spot resolution, he snaffled the missing bit out of another box for me! Aren't people lovely? With this level of service I will always shop here! 💕🙏🏻
