The staff at Wicks Maidstone have helped me on several occasions, great advice and help with all the diy I have been doing. Special thanks to Jim who took the time to chat today.

Stocked everything i needed at a sensible price. Jim on the checkout was helpful and personable, low stress experience.

I needed an urgent delivery of topsoil as I had been let down by an online supplier so visited Wickes in Maidstone. Luckily for me a lovely lady called Tracy was able to arrange a same day delivery which saved me a world of pain and she saved me money. Fantastic customer service from Wickes no more internet suppliers for me it’s Wickes every time

Fantastic experience at Wickes in Maidstone. Having done lots of research online, I realised I needed to speak to someone and called a couple of local companies as well as popping into my two closest DIY type stores. None could help, but one recommended Wickes. Called Wickes, spoke to a chap and he said "Jim's the man you need; he'll be in at twelve if you want to come and speak to him". I rocked up at 12:05, found Jim, and was not disappointed! Great to actually be able to get advice rather than coming up against staff who don't know what they're selling. Keep up the good work :)

During my recent visit I received help from a number of members of staff. They were all friendly and helpful, especially Jim, working at the till.

Jim on the till was so helpful and friendly - made us laugh which is great on an Easter Monday afternoon. A credit to Wickes :-)

Saw Richard at the Maidstone store who was extremely helpful throughout the choosing and ordering process. He was professional with advice and transparency of costs including specialist costs.
After the home visit, we visited the store on three occasions as we changed minds on layout, units and colours. Each time Richard maintained being professional, helpful and patient !!
We look forward to this initial experience being carried forward to installation.

Jim was an absolute star today. Thoroughly recommend Wickes at Maidstone because of staff like Jim.

A big thank you to Abbie our design expert, she was fantastic from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. When we had to come in as we needed to change our sink she was super helpful. At the end when everything was done and it looked amazing we had a few returns as we didn’t need some excess tiles and flooring and she sorted the refund straight away no fuss. Made the experience so much easier and stress free! Really can’t praise Abbey enough!

Excellent service from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the final installation I was kept up to date with the progress of the delivery of the kitchen units to the installation date.

Wickes donated materials to our local charity as part of its Community Project initiative. This is of great help to small community groups like ours, and we are extremely grateful for the assistance.

Wanted to purchase a New Kitchen and had the pleasure of dealing with Richard who came out and designed a kitchen within my budget. Communication was excellent and answered all the questions I had, I would certainly want him to design any future projects for me in the future and I will ask for him personally
