Wickes - Luton Recensioni 

Jason and another female colleague whose name i forgot to grab were super helpful. They gave genuine advice/information to help us come to an informed decision. Jason in specific was a star and people like him and the other lady genuinely make the difference in terms of picking what DIY store we choose to come to in the future.

We have been served by Jason.
He was indeed very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed and requested.
It was amazing to have a customer staff person to assist with our purchase, and with finding all the items we wanted.

We would rather recommend Wickes than B&Q!

I went to wickes this morning for some stuff for our little project and was approached by Jason (Luton branch) asking me if I needed any help. I must say I have never had such a pleasant experience in any store in my whole life! Jason is absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful, polite, professional, knowledgeable and lovely to speak to. I have shopped from lot of places in my life including expensive designer store and I can say Jason’s service is the best I have ever had. Thank you so much

JASON helped me with my decision to chose the tiles for my bathroom, helped to load up the troly and helped me all the way to load my car. JASON even guided to open a tradepro account and the benefits I was getting from the account when I shop to wicks stores.
Very respectful man, very helpful. Living in UK for 26 years have never come across to any store with the help like JASON done for me.

Visited the store in Luton today, and was walking around a little aimlessly looking for the goods I needed.

A lovely store person, named Jason approached me and asked if I needed any help.

After assistance with locating weed killer, I said I had a task to repair a wooden table.

He guided me to the area where you sold wooden dowels, and then asked more details about the repair.

I ended up with a IRWiN quick grip clamp, which was exactly what I needed.

Please do thank Jason for all his help.

Popped in for a few bits, most of which I found easily but I was then helped by Jason. He was very friendly and helpful, even though his shift had just ended. I walked away very happy with everything I needed. Great service - I will be back!

Came into the Luton branch on Gypsy Lane looking for paint , good selection of colours and able to mix specially to order took some swatches
Also looked at bathrooms with a view to refurb

Lots of space to park, not busy inside & was able to get in and out very quickly. Staff were responsive and helpful.

We recently ordered our kitchen from wickes. Sebastiano sacca who help us to get a nice kitchen in our budget.

Great experience at Wickes. We wanted to upgrade our bathroom and were very impressed with the design consultant, Sebastiano, who was professional in his approach and gave us the confidence to proceed with the order.

Had a great experience with a chap called Jason at the Luton store.
I was looking for bits for my allotment and he recognized what I was doing and pointed out the best items I should buy.

I came in to get a big flower pot and wasn't sure which one i really required or needed. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Chester. He was brilliant helped me with all my queries and helped me take the item to my car as it was heavy and bulky. Thank you Chester and Wickes Luton, made my day.

We visited the Luton store and were blown away by the amazing customer service we received. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Sebastian who I couldn’t fault in any way. His years of experience was evident in the outstanding design he made for our kitchen and utility. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of these services.

We supply and fit turf, and we always find Wickes to be a reliable and convenient supplier for all our needs. In particular, their topsoil is consistently the most affordable on the market compared to other stores. One suggestion: there’s a product called pre-turf fertiliser that we currently have to source from B&Q, as it’s not available at Wickes. If Wickes could consider stocking it, that would be incredibly helpful for us. Thank you

We visited the Luton store this morning to purchase some wood. We were unable to find what we were looking for so asked for some help from a store assistant called Ula. Even though she was extremely busy doing an order and helping another customer she had time to help us. She was polite, helpful and knowledgable and was able to sort us out with minimum of fuss!!! I visited my local wickes branch in Luton today like every day. Wickes is mine regular supplier for the stuff what I need. Always friendly polite and here when you need help or advice. Very respectful staff and very friendly and polite people. Well done guys and keep doing that way. For anything what I need Wickes Luton branch will be my first choice
