Wickes - Luton Recensioni 

Visited the Luton store just after opening and needed help locating a specific tool, that I had seen on-line.
Ann was working on the till and was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly where the item was located and we discussed alternative options, which she helped retrieve from the stock-room.
She was very knowledgable and professional, providing great customer service.

I needed advice regarding plants and Jason was very helpful, he took time out to explain how and what I needed in order to grow healthy plants and guided me in the right direction for what to purchase.

Great shop with helpful staff.

Looking for a needle in a haystack trying to find right screws to hang coat hooks that were missing screw pack. Knew what i was after but could not locate them. Jason jumped in, found what i was looking for provided great customer service.

Was just helped by a gentleman at the Wickes store at Gypsy Lane, Luton. His name was Jason. I was looking for a particular shade of green for my wet room. He was super helpful. Described the dulux paint mixing to us with great detail and asked us if there was anything else he could help us with. I've gonna say, every time I've been in this store, the staff have always been so helpful. Jason is a credit to your store. Thank you.

Was looking for something specific & couldn't find it, a lovely lady called Ann was amazing & helped me with my search & went above and beyond

The designer Ian Jupp listened carefully to what we did and did not want for our kitchen. He was always willing to change things back again as well if we had second thoughts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had the work done by another fitter as we werehaving one wall insulated as well. he was happy to liaise with him too. It has transformed our kitchen. We are delighted with it.

Jason was exceptional!! He went above and beyond to help!!
I was looking for paints and other bits for my new home and he advised me to get a few more products what would work well!!
He bought my attention to the promo products they had on offer and advised these would be best for my project!
After using this and his recommendation I have decided to purchase more!!
I would definitely be asking for him on my next visit!!
He is a great asset to this store!!!

I would like to commend Jason at Luton Wickes. His customer service manner made my visit pleasurable and memorable. He was on the check out. He acknowledged me, smiled, checked to see if I found everything I needed . When he found out that I hadn’t, he was knowledgeable about where I could find the item in the store, which I went back and bought. It made my day. His 2 colleagues on the check out were very kind to and you could see the team work at play. Thank you Jason !

Excellent service, very polite, respectful and helpful.

Sebastian was very thoughtful in sharing ideas and well prepared for the consultation. I felt he understood my needs and advised me accordingly.

Went to buy a tool for cutting tiles for a DIY project. Knew nothing of what to buy to do the job JASON came to the rescue - even though the shop was undergoing refurbishment and nothing was in it's right place he helped me choose the right angle grinder and blades with friendly advice and opened up a till to get me through quicker. Also impressed he didn't upsell me and just gave me some 'straight' advice.

Popped into Wickes yesterday to look at some worktops and was assisted by Abbi. She was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout. A great experience.

I visited wicks in gypsy Lane luton on Thursday and Friday last week met Brian I belive tall male Canadian very helpful even when getting was busy he went out of his way to assist me on both occasions please pass on my thanks to your great member of staff thank you

What a service wow; Jason dealt with me the whole day and then Abi both absolutely fantastic customer service and knowledge of everything I needed, very grateful to have been served by both of them. I cannot even describe how happy I was with everything I got. I am definitely going to be coming back again a lot as I have never been helped as much as I have today.

What a breath of fresh air it was today on my visit to this wicks store.

No1 they finally have baskets for you to put your items in and not the awful orange buckets! It made shopping an absolute nightmare.

Secondly can I say a huge thank you to Jason, nobody in all my years of visiting this store nobody has ever even said hello & Jason came over helped me get my paint mixed up.
Must be that American service.

I just visited Wickes in Luton - whilst there were very few customer assistances there, I was approached by Jason who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made my shopping experience a successful experience.

Needed help finding several items ,Jason was an absolute professional . He knew where everything was and was very helpful a d knowledgeable .

We had an appointment with our bathroom planner Sebastian last Saturday to get the ball rolling for a refit. Sebastian was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He made a number of excellent suggestions - things we hadn't realised or thought off. Or next meeting is in a few days to look at the computer design phase. Can't wait to get going. Excellent service from Sebastian/Wickes. We would highly recommend.

I have not had such a good experience for a long long time, all the staff members were very helpful, in particular the tall strong gentleman with an American accent was particularly helpful, 😁, it makes you want to came back to the shop, why do we shop online, very nice, many thanks.
