Expert Bathroom Designers!
We requested a home design consultation, Carl Price came out to measure and start the design process, he was extremely knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted to achieve. He spent a great deal of time discussing options and explaining the process to us in detail.

When we went to the shop to review the designs, he was in no way impatient while we discussed changes and alterations to the design making sure we were absolutely happy and giving us ideas we hadn't thought about. He worked within our budget and made suggestions for cost cutting where we needed it.

We are yet to have the bathroom fitted, but the entire design and order process have been so easy and straightforward. Would thoroughly recommend (would also recommend Carl for his patience and overall manner!)

I would like to put forward 2 employees of Wicks at Lincoln for recommendation- Ayesha on the till was very helpful showing me a range of hinges on the computer and getting the store assistant Niahm to show me the hinges on the shelves. When checked there wasn't the hinges I required so Niahm went to the trouble of advising me where I might get some from looking on her phone to show me the antique centre where I might get them. Both ladies were very bright and cheery, polite and willing to help.

We had our kitchen design consultation with MJ Smit, Design Consultant, Wickes Lincoln. He was absolutely fantastic!! He listened to what we wanted and designed us our dream kitchen at an amazing price. He explained everything throughout the process and gave us lots of options to choose from. The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming back to wicks for our bathrooms

James was incredibly helpful and patient, he helped me lift things and assisted me in finding the items that I needed - he went above and beyond and absolutely exceeded my expectations. A credit to the company!

I have twice had the pleasure of working with MJ this year. His help planning and designing both a new bathroom and kitchen prior to installation was invaluable. On both occasions MJ started our initial consultations getting a sense of some of the ideas that I had for the projects. He took my ideas away and then without dismissing them or questioning my choices, came back with some amazing ideas of his own. I'm envious of his ability to think outside the box and come up with various colour and unit combinations, along with finishing touches that I would never have considered. I have found him professional, personable and knowledgeable at all times, and also patient considering the amount of "final" changes I made to both of my installations prior to the start of work. A fine ambassador for his company.

Having ordered 12 bags of topsoil, we collected the following day and they were ready on a trolley. We loaded up but only started to use them a couple of days later when we noticed we actually only had 9. When rung to query today spoke to Harry who was very apologetic & said he would have 3 for us to collect - at no additional charge. When collecting these today, we needed a couple of additional items, which he very kindly gave us at a discounted price - for the error and inconvenience we had suffered. This was above and beyond our expectations, but obviously very thoughtful. Many thanks Harry.

We needed ideas for our kitchen and were supported extremely well by Carl Price. He offered options with no pressure. His calm and patient approach (despite our many changes to our design!) was what we needed. Very responsive on queries and nothing too much trouble.

My first Wickes experience was the arrival at my home of one of Wickes Design Consultant Carl David Price. Carl immediately made us feel relaxed. He was polite, friendly and most informative. We discussed our plan in detail and he understood perfectly what we had in mind. The advice we received was second to none and once we accepted the necessary changes Carl preceeded to take the required measurements, keeping us informed through out. The next stage is an appointment

Awful experience kitchen is not how I wanted. Repeatly sent wrong items hundreds of emails sent. Cupboards catch each other. Wanted a tall fridge freezer have got fridge under counter. Messed around order and had to pay more out of our pocket and they took it off the finance which left no money for tiling ect had to wait. The whole thing was so stressful. Supposed to receive compo but never got anything. Will never recommend wickes to anyone. Sorry to leave this review but we have been treated very badly.

Carl Price the designer at the Wicks Lincoln store was excellent. Very knowledgeable and had lots of great ideas. A really nice and helpful person. Would definitely use Carl and Wicks again.

I needed help loading some heavy paving slabs into the car and Harry at Wickes in Lincoln was extremely helpful,pleasant and polite and  loaded them into my small car very carefully. Thank you Harry. You should get a wage increase.😊

Harry from the Lincoln store was very helpful, talked us through lots of options and stayed with us all the way to the till, thank you so much. Ashley from lincoln knows her stuff and gave some great advice we will be back to buy a kitchen!

Great experience and service at Wickes. We had a home consultation for our kitchen with designer Carl Price who was very approachable and enthusiastic and explained things very clearly. Carl also gave us lots of options and we never once felt pressured. He made the whole process exciting for us and also gave us honest feedback on our own ideas. I spoke to a manager at Lincoln WICKES.
My complaint was for items I never ordered, but apparently, allegedly, it was delivered.
And signed for but not by me.
I live alone.

The manager felt I was lying and gave me the 0330 1231234 customer service number.
Ten minutes on hold, id had enough and phoned Lincoln store again.
Spoke to Harry, and he sorted the problem out by issuing a refund.

So, 0330 1231234 gets a one star review, ignorant creatures.

Harry, gets five stars...

Visited yesterday for paint supplies, needed some paint mixing and Harry was very helpful. Guided me to the right aisle for the rest of what I needed. He was friendly, chatty and knowledgeable, he is an asset to the Wickes team 100%! We left smiling talking about what a lovely person he is.

Ha ha ha ha ha asking me to write a review when you cancelled the order clearly something wrong with your system.

We were going to go to the Lincoln Wickes this Sunday to order a new bathroom with fitting, but going on the on line experience don’t think we will bother .

We ended up getting our items from B&Q hmmmm they do bathrooms too .

Carl Price arrived at our house with a polite handshake, smile and was filled with enthusiasm to make our buying experience as good as he could make it. His knowledge was brilliant and he was able to design our small kitchen to our expectations and budget without making it feel like we were missing out on anything. He remained in regular contact keeping us informed throughout the process. We are now waiting for it to be fitted and have invited him back to see the finished kitchen. We would like to thank him very much.

Ordered for 4th Sept then the 5th, called and the lady said she didn't know why they'd not been delivered then booked again for the 8th, still no delivery, no phone call, no delivery time slot email or text.
3 times they failed to deliver then made up a story that they'd tried, called me and that I said I was on holiday.....I was not on holiday!!! When I cancelled they didn't refund the delivery charge, customer services staff were useless just placing me on hold until I hung up and called back.
