Great store in Leamington. Diane and team are excellent. Great knowledge and always willing to help.

My husband and I went into the Leamington spa branch for some garden bits. The young lady behind the counter( Millie) asked us what we were looking for and got another assistant (Lauren) who took us to what we needed and took us back to the tills. Another sales assistant (Aaron)served us. All staff were very helpful and polite and we left with all that we needed.

Sarah-Jayne Thorne was really helpful( and patient )in helping to plan our kitchen,with a lot of good idea's that we had not thought of.
James Parker who Wickes selected to install our kitchen was incredable, he was punctual, hard working and meticulous in everything he did.. He was very polite and friendly at all times.

Unbelievably informative, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly member of staff. Alicia went above and beyond and the product she found me was just what I was looking for. Amazing Alicia from Leamington spa.

Absolutely happy with my brand-new kitchen! Katie Malkowska designed the perfect kitchen that took into account all my requirements and was able to answer all my questions (I had many!)
Pete Bailey and his team were professional and quickly had everything installed and were able to solve some issues with my electrics too.
Couldn't be happier with the end result!

After being refused to exchange a gutter end stop that was missing a piece of rubber at the Banbury branch, I made a special trip back to the Leamington Spa store.
Trevor was extremely friendly and helpful and exchanged the faulty gutter end stop without any issues. He couldn’t understand why I had been refused elsewhere.

Went to Wickes Leamington. Lovely laid out store with everything we needed but what made it even better was the exceptional service from the Cashier Millie Titmus who was extremely helpful and noticed I worked for the NHS with my lanyard and asked if I had Blue Light Card so I could get the discount which I wasnt aware off. She was so helpful and polite and an asset to your business

Professional, good advice, good quality

Having just visited the Leamington Spa branch that’s local to me I thought I need to write a review. The store is really well stocked, clean, tidy and the staff are amazing. However they are being let down by Wickes head office. I have a trade account so why didn’t I know this store opened up 5 miles from my front door? There needs to be an awareness campaign for this store. The road it’s on is only a road the locals who live and work up tha road would go on. There is very little passing traffic hence this store being Wickes best kept secret. Get some flyers out, get some targeted socials sorted and get some customers through that door! I was there at 8am this morning and was the only customer!! It’s such a great store but it could be doing much better in terms of amount of sales if people just knew the place existed!

Excellent service from Diane and Paige this afternoon. I explained exactly my problem, and they explained exactly what I needed and navigated me through the store. Excellent service which would make me come back to Wickes Leamington. Thanks Ladies!

Katie designed a good kitchen that fitted well in the space available and looks good. Install was easy due to the accurate design and the process of design purchase and install was very smooth.

Design Consultant Katie Malkowska was professional, patient and friendly during the design of my wetroom bathroom. She gave me confidence that the project could be done and was always available via phone and email when I had requires. She kept me up to date with any changes. Jas & PJ from at SC Bathrooms M&D have done a great job at making the vision come to life. They were efficient, tidy, organised and had a skilled team. Thank you

Came in on the weekend and was really impressed. Staff were all really friendly and helpful - shout out to Millie who not only greeted me with a smile but also showed me exactly where everything was that I needed.

When I went to the checkout . Diane and Millie surprise me with how helpful they were. They just couldn’t do enough to help me. With out me asking. I was short on the total number of packs a needed. Diane is going to collect a pack from the store in Rugby . Millie dashed of around the store to try and find some more for me. I wish every were was as helpful as them . Even offering to help load the tiles in to my car 🚘. Just two wonderful wicks staff . A personal thank you to them .

The Design Consultant Sandra Chilmanowicz made the whole experience so easy, so stress free. She appeared genuinely interested in helping my elderly parents. She knew exactly what they were looking for and made lots of really useful suggestions. She even went out to see the finished bathroom.

Katie Malkowska designed the kitchen for my 94 year old mother with great care and sympathy .. transforming the Victorian kitchen with a new lease of life.
Mark .. the kitchen fitter was exceptional , showing great craftsmanship and attention to detail. Gary the electrician was also a true "gentleman". Both showed great courtesy and respect , ensuring my "housebound" mother had a kitchen turnaround in record time , but without loosing any quality in the process
