Is great at her job, she listened to what we need, as complicated as it was to fit it all in, advised on different storage options.
So appreciative for her advice and guidance.

This was a challenging project, creating a shower, WC and utility room in the rear of the existing garage. It now links through to the kitchen. Star Builders were really good constructing and finishing in time for Xmas. Disruption was kept to a minimum considering all they had to do. The final result from the design Rachel drew in discussion with us is quite breathtaking in its final form.

We had Steve Hill as our design consultant for our kitchen and he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.Nothing was too much trouble he explained everything to us and even came up with ideas that we hadn’t even considered which made our choice so much easier
There were a few silly issues after ordering which was just a mix up but it was all dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Steve
We are very pleased with the kitchen great quality and value
Would definitely recommend and if you get Steve it’ll be a bonus

Great service from Steve Hill kitchen design consultant, he made everything easy for us, nothing was too much trouble, and no hard sell, A great guy to do business with.

From the moment we entered our local store to look at kitchens we were greeted by a member of staff by the name of Rachel Adams. She arranged to visit our home to take measurements and draw us up a design . Rachel was very professional, friendly and helpful . She listened to our requirements and gave advice if needed . On our next visit to store we saw the design on screen . We asked a few questions and Rachel was happy to oblige with answers and change a couple of details , nothing was to much trouble . We were so happy with everything and as it was within our budget we went ahead with the purchase.
Thank you Rachel for all your help. You have a very knowledgeable person working within your company.

We went to Wickes, Gravesend as they had a comprehensive display of fitted kitchens. Their staff, particularly Tracey, were helpful and offered constructive advice when requested both in store and when visiting our home to plan the new kitchen. Delivery of the new kitchen products was well planned and efficient. The installation team were also efficient resulting in us having a new fitted kitchen which we are very happy with.

Rachel and Steve was very helpful with sorting my kitchen out , great advice from both , and always had time for me on my few visits to store , I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family

Rachel Adam’s from the Gravesend branch was amazing. From the moment I met Rachel in store her advice and knowledge was outstanding. She made the whole process less stressful and was always there sharing her experience making it easier with all the challenges of buying a new kitchen.

Not usually one to write reviews but credit where it is due..! Rachel in the kitchens department at Gravesend Wickes is fantastic. She’s so knowledgeable approachable & helpful. She thinks of things I would never have thought of & has great ideas. She is able to really make what’s in your head happen. Also able to gently guide where you may be going wrong! If you’re planning a kitchen go and see Rachel at Wickes Gravesend you’ll be very pleased you did! Wonderful asset to the company & Wickes have a wider range than I dared hope for. Steven Hill Wickes Gravesend gave an excellent service from start to finish. We had a couple of hiccups and Steven came out to our house to rectify the situation. He is a very friendly person and worked hard to give me the beautiful kitchen I now have. Wickes is very lucky to have him working for them

Steven Hill at the Gravesend branch is a fantastic designer and and was very friendly and helpful throughout our bathroom design and aftercare and he couldn't do enough for us. I highly recommend him and the store.

My builder waited at my empty property from 7 am until 7 pm for a delivery of several items today - he didn't need to be there all day. One item got delivered in this time. It was impossible to contact your driver by phone or text.

At 7.05 pm he got a message to say that delivery of the other items would happen between 7-1 tomorrow. A whole day wasted and we are not impressed with your communication.

Wickes Gravesend. Went to buy some wood, loads in stock according to website but bay was empty. Enquired with staff member who said yes there were lots in stock but because forklift was broken they had not put them out. USELESS! had yo waste my time and petrol going to Dartford instead

Rachel Ward at the Gravesend branch was extremely helpful

Ordered bathroom update to replace bath with walk-in shower.
Design was ok but 1st plumber failed to turn up, second one wanted extra money which took the cost from £5k to nearly £10k. We cancelled and Wickes took weeks to refund our deposit and then failed to tell us it had been done all we got was a receipt showing the credit with no indication of where it had come from. A phone call or even a text would have done but nothing.
Avoid at all costs not worth the hassle.

The service was great due to an experienced operative who excelled with the design. It was good to have such clear options and at every step they ensured best value with the options & final design. Many thanks to Rachel Adams

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom from Wickes, Gravesend. Rachel Adams was brilliant throughout and gave us some great design ideas, helping us choose every fixture and fitting as well as putting up with our constant questions!
The delivery was on time, quick and painless, and everything was accounted for. The actual installation of the bathroom was completed by the fantastic Sadat's and team to a high standard. They were very professional, clearing up thoroughly after themselves and working each day until that day's jobs were complete. The finished bathroom looks amazing and we couldn't be happier with it.
Rachel followed up the installation with a phone call a month or so after the completed job to make sure everything was OK. As it happened there was a minor problem with the extractor fan, but Rachel arranged to come and visit the next morning.
All in all, Wickes Gravesend branch have provided an exceptional service - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our experience at Wickes Kitchens Gravesend was great because of Tracey Abbott, their Design Consultant. An impromptu visit to Wickes resulted in a timely home visit by Tracey. She was thoroughly profession and offered us incredible designs. It has been exciting journey so thank you Tracey.
