Rachel Adams was very helpful and efficient with the design of the kitchen. She was professional at all times and made good suggestions without being pushy.

Called ahead for advice on building a shelf for my water softener and got really helpful guidance on the right shelf, legs and screw sizes. Popped in at the weekend and bought everything I needed.

Big thanks to Jim for making it all so easy!

First class service from Steve Hill. Took time to understand our needs and then produced our kitchen design. Gave clear advice on all available products and relative pricing.Highly recommended

We had a kitchen designed by Rachel Adams from Wickes store Gravesend in June which was installed in September. Rachel was so knowledgeable about her products which instilled so much confidence in us regarding our installation. A 5 star service. The kitchen installer Alun Kerridge was the icing on the cake. He was amazing, he was like a magician as our kitchen evolved. I would recommend both Rachel and Alan to anyone wanting a kitchen. The Wickes kitchen itself met all our expectations. Well done Wickes!!

We recently used Steve Hill, Design Consultant at Wickes Gravesend. Steve has been with the company for years and his expertise clearly shows.
From start to finish Steve was amazing, a professional throughout who gave us the kitchen we dreamed of.

We had a lot of work to do and quite a difficult space to work with but Steve was able to give us a whole range of options and explained everything clearly.

He answered every question (even my repeated panicked ones) really quickly and nothing was ever too much trouble.
For some people it's just an interaction or a job, but it felt like Steve really cared. We wouldn't think twice about using him again.

Customer service and the DX delivery service - the complete opposite. I wouldn't even call them a service. So unhelpful. DX were uncontactable through phone, email and live chat after hours of trying and when items vanished, apparently the mystery team we needed were never working.

Wickes customer service really undermines the hard work that Steve was doing and it was nothing short of frustrating. If there was a way we could do everything through Steve and not need to deal with the customer service people, we would have.

The only reason we would use Wickes again would be because of Steve and his hard work.

Reasonable prices, detailed plan for the design, help when anything was not understood, able to offer design ideas to satisfy individual needs like small place, blocking in from floor to ceiling. I used Steve Hill to plan my bathroom when I moved and he gave excellent service. I tried my local store and was not helped well when renovating my downstairs toliet so I went back to the Gravesend store. Steve went above and beyond to help me. I cannot thank him enough

Today I rang wickes gravesend kent branch,for advice on getting some wood no idea what I was doing lol I spoke to a young man named Lewis who was so helpful he took the measurements that I needed he asked what it was for so that he could see what type of wood I would need he took my details and said would get back to me to be honest I said to my daughter bet they dnt ring back well I was wrong he did he apologised for being long getting back to me which I thought was very nice as I wasn't expecting to get a call back as most shops aren't as helpful he told me what I needed so I went to shop to get wood asked to speak to Lewis as he was dealing with my enquiry he was very welcoming and friendly and I found out that he was actually on his break when he took my call which I felt bad as I kept him on phone for a while before so I would just like to say a big Thankyou for ur help

We ordered a new Kitchen from Wickes Gravesend Store. The in store displays were very good and the Design Consultant (Rachel Adams) did a great job. The home visit was thorough and options discussed in detail. The instore appointment was very thorough, and we got to choose exactly what we wanted. The price was reasonable too.

I met wonderful gentleman James at Wickes Gravesend store. He helped me to find everything in store. I am pleased from his service and had great experience with him.

An operative called James was very helpful. He separated some paving slabs and loaded them. 😊 Big help as they were the last slabs left 👍

I visited Wickes in Gravesend within the last hour today. The service I received by the staff was excellent. David the store manager was exceptional. I was welcomed and as a result of the help I got from David the store manager I bought a Bosch lawnmower, UniversalRotak 1300W. I felt highly valued as a customer and look forward to visiting again....Thank you so much
