Wickes - Dunstable Recensioni 

We recently visited Wickes in Dunstable to purchase bathroom items for a new wet room.
Mario was extremely helpful and professional and aided us with our purchases.
A slight hiccup with delivery was corrected by Mario who delivered the item personally! This was above and beyond excellent customer care
Overall, a first class service, thanks to Mario.

Dunstable store rude staff member asked simple question with the response ask stupid questions get stupid answers.

I was served by Marie today as on many other occasions , she is always very pleasant, knowledgeable helpful when buying equipment and consumable, asset to your Dunstable Store.

We came into the Dunstable store to buy some paint after not visiting the store for quite a while. We were welcomed by Isaac who helped me download the Wickes App to my phone. He then showed me how to use the App for offers and purchases. Such a helpful guy and very patient as I am in my 70's and not as I.T. sharp as young people these days. Well done Isaac. You're a credit to the company

Booked a kitchen design with Wickes Dunstable. Shannon was very helpful and knowledgeable despite us changing our minds a few times! Made the whole experience easy. Would use again next time no problem.

We have been very happy with the service we received when purchasing our Wet Wall.
Jason Fredrick was very helpful with the whole order and even when we had a slight issue , sorted with the help of his colleague Sadie, quickly and efficiently. Have to say they both went above and beyond, excellent CS!
The goods were delivered on time and in good order and we are very pleased on how they look in our Bathroom.

Shannon our designer was so welcoming and pleasant when she came to the house to measure for a kitchen, we knew roughly what we wanted and she gave us advice on what to do and not to do and advice in what to put in awkward corners she was so helpful in giving us advice on appliances etc we even ordered extra cupboards to go into our utility would highly recommend wickes at Dunstable and Shannon Tennant.

Shannon was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to our ideas and worked them into her design.

Our whole experience working alongside Raphael Simmons in the Dunstable store has been first rate.
We have a small kitchen and we expected there to be many limitations to our space.
Raphael was immediately welcoming, professional and friendly and he listened encouragingly to us and what we would like.
Raphael always gave us plenty of time at each meeting to tweak different aspects of our new kitchen.
He has created a design which we are now excitedly looking forward to receiving.

I’ve had an incredible experience designing my bathroom with Jo from the Wickes Dunstable branch. I shared my ideas, and Jo brought them to life with her design expertise. Throughout the process, we had many discussions, and Jo really listened to my needs and preferences, offering suggestions and options along the way. Whenever I needed to make changes, Jo was always happy to accommodate, never once frustrated and always with a smile. The process was simple, starting with a home visit from Jo to measure the bathroom and have a chat, followed by our first design meeting in store. After we thought the design was complete, a surveyor came by to take final measurements and review the plan, leading to a few major tweaks. Jo has been so supportive and helpful throughout, even arranging for some of the deliveries to come at a more convenient time. I’m really excited to see my new bathroom installed!

From start to finish our designer Raphael Simmons from Dunstable store was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and gave us a brake down of each style type to suit our budget and kept that in mind without running away with ideas out of our budget range.

He Also was extremely transparent in all the questions we asked and did not feed us any sales talk/ jargon to just sell a kitchen to which we have had in the past with other companies.
The design idea he came up with was spot on to what we wanted so much so we purchased the kitchen the same day with a few tweaks here and there to suit us but this wasn’t any trouble whatsoever with Raphael
If you are in need of a kitchen then I would definitely recommend Raphael for his experience and knowledge also his professional approach to dealing with his clients and listening to there needs

From start to finish our experience was 5*. Jason came to the home and listened to what we wanted, designed the most amazing kitchen and made all the difficult decisions very easy. Zebi, who installed our kitchen was also 5* and would 100% recommend. Very tidy & trustworthy and his attention to detail was outstanding. Would highly recommend both Jason & Zebi. Went in to get a design done for my new kitchen . A lovely lady called Jo Dewen sat with me and my husband for around an hour and a half and designed our dream kitchen, highly recommended her , absolutely brilliant.

Shannon at Wickes Dunstable provided us with all the information and advice we needed to ensure our new kitchen would provide us with everything needed for many years to come. We were amazed that she was able to undertake a site visit within hours of our visit to Wickes and was able to give us plans within days. The icing on the cake was that she was able to engage a fitter who had been recommended to us by friends. We are now looking forward to seeing our new kitchen take shape.

Shannon was really helpful and accommodating and worked to our tight timelines to ensure that we had everything in place for our renovation. She also helped us with our choice of bathroom based on the information we shared with her which helped us choose the best option for our needs. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Jason the design consultant from the Dunstable store was absolutely brilliant when designing our kitchen . We have a large and strange shaped kitchen but he managed to design something that looks amazing . We had several meetings with him and he never minded us asking questions or making small changes .
He followed the job through to the end and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone . Everyone admires our kitchen when they see it .
