I rang the store spoke to the gentleman called Morgan to find out what I wanted was available as the store is quite far from where I live he told me that he will go and check and inform me that he did have the item in store.
I went to the store spoke to Morgan who took me to where the item I wanted was kept an even went on the till so I can pay him.
Morgan is very customer focus polite and a credit to your company please pass my thanks to him for his help

Great customer service received from Max and the Security Guard on 21/05/2025. Having to get 4 bags of gravel I couldn’t lift the bags, put onto the trolley, pull/push the trolley and into my boot due to back pain. Julia asked him to help me, I’m hard of hearing and wasn’t sure on whom I was looking for. The Security Guard kindly took me over Max. Max was happy to help and put the bags onto trolley, pushed it to check out for me to pay. Once paid for Max put the bags into my car. Max was friendly, kind and happy to help! Great customer service provided by all at Wicks Dunstable!

In April 2025 had a bathroom installation designer Jason who was great and very patient with our change of ideas and we also had a fabulous bathroom fitter Zebi who went above and beyond fitting an amazing showroom bathroom installation that we are extremely pleased with would highly recommend. He was simply the best!

I am a novice to laminated flooring. We approach this lady called Julia, she helped us worked out the amount we needed from the measurements we gave her. Everything turned out to be perfect.

Marie on the till was extremely helpful and extremely polite I don't know the man on the floor but he was so knowledgeable and helpful

Second kitchen we have bought at Wickes, Dunstable branch.Jason the kitchen consultant did an amazing job, coming to our house first, with the final design being completed in store. We can't recommend Dunstable Wickes enough. PS... keep an eye on appliances deals... we had £800 cashback from AEG.

From design to completion Jason our designer went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our kitchen installation and was quick to sort out any issues remaining. Would not hesitate to recommend Wickes to friends and family and would certainly use the Dunstable branch again.

I purchased a kitchen in Wickes Dunstable yesterday evening, Julia was back and forth helping me, I would still be there if it wasn’t for her. The patience she had assisting me to make sure I had everything was something i have never experienced before, and always smiling throughout.
Highly recommend Julia if you need assistance with anything.

Raphael went over and beyond to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted. He spent hours and hours helping us choose appliances, the storage options etx. No question was too big. Raphael had such a positive demeanour and was so calm yet helpful. Although the kitchen may have been cheaper elsewhere I was delighted to buy from Wickes mainly due to the excellent customer service we received.

Served by Marie in Dunstable; she was patient and helpful. Even spent the time helping me setup the app whilst still serving other customers. Thanks a lot!

Kitchen design process was superb. We were not the easiest customers as we didn’t have final dimensions, etc but Shannon stuck with us and probably 4 months after our initial design we got to the finished article. Many tweaks by us along the way and Shannon navigating a pricing structure change by Wickes as well. All in all can’t rate the experience highly enough.
Still waiting for build to finish before kitchen installed but cannot wait - hope the delivery, etc lives up to the standards Shannon has set!
