Absolutely brilliant service from all the staff. Charity project was done quickly and without troubles. Pol, Gurd, Elliot and Jack was fab.

Have used wickes for the past 2 years for alot of my different plastering materials used daily.click and collect is ideal as I can order the morning and no waiting around when I get there. Polly always is very helpful in the store and polite and nothing is ever a problem.

We had the good fortune of being assisted by Dave a few weeks ago, who gave us exemplary customer service, very knowledgeable across all ranges of items we enquired about.
So much so we returned today and ordered our kitchen.
Thank you Wickes are very lucky to have you.

Went into Wikes Dudley to night had grat service and Kerry at the till went above and beyond to help us very friendly helpful and knowledgeable

We recently booked an appointment to have our utility room refitted, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Our design consultant, Gindy Stevens, came out to our home to measure up and spend time talking to us about what we wanted. She then put together a plan for us, and we visited the store to discuss and choose the products.

Gindy was incredibly patient throughout the whole process, especially as we kept changing our minds and swapping different items around! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was always happy to explain the different options and answer our questions.

We really appreciated the time, care and attention she gave us, and she made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable and straightforward. We would definitely recommend Gindy to anyone looking to have their utility room designed and refitted.

Was served by Pol, she was incredibly helpful with setting me up a trade card and then when ordering a large home delivery.

Went into Dudley Branch. Normally there is a huge queue but this time they had a woman called Pol on who was very efficient. Also she was lovely polite and friendly.🙏😊

Went into Dudley branch this morning I needed some help with finding items and what was best to use, a member of staff Laura L came to help could not be more helpful in everything I needed and advice on what was best. Exceptional service could not thank Laura L enough

Had a problem with something i purchased recently and from the moment I called regarding the issue all the staff we so helpful. The lady on the phone was really helpful and a young lady on the till and a lady called Laura everyone just gave great customer service and I am very grateful. Thanks again.

Gobuild4u review of Wickes Dudley. We went to Wickes Dudley today to pick up some cla timber and also picked up some leftover paint for a bargain price. The manager and Leonie were great sorting out the individual receipts.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.
As a new company we find the 10% trade discount really helps. Not many big trade outlets do this.
We shall definitely use this store again.

The staff at Wickes Dudley are always really helpful and can never do enough for you. Special recognition to Pol who is lovely and the guy with a fantastic beard, like a Viking, who’s name I didn’t catch who did us a solid and picked our click and collect order a 7.57PM getting us out of a sticky situation - gent.

Christian was very helpful when helping me look for an item of stock I couldn’t find.
He’s also served me a few times on the till, quick service and very friendly. Great member of staff!

I went into the Dudley store wanting some advice on flooring and outdoor paint for the front door. I met a lovely young man called Christian today 05/09/2026. Christian was so polite, helpful and understood what I wanted. What a credit to the store. Thank you Christian I hope you see this. I won't be going anywhere else now for my needs.

came in today looking for some timber but i had no clue where to start however a gentleman came over called christian and had helped me a huge amount with what size and length i needed. Absolutely great customer service from him will be coming in again, servers like him made my trip so much more enjoyable
